Bought swimming pool and cover very reasonal customer service was great I stop going there about 7 yrs ago! People were rude! But this time they were eager to serve! I would go all the way to ceres but because I was in the area! I decided to go in and I am so happy I did now feel good to shop there again forgive my writing in a hurry I have guest! I love big 5 I am 63 yrs old I love camping and teaching my children grandchildren and great grandchildren about the great out doors! And big 5 is where I go to get out door! Equipment for my family!

There are busy but there is always some there to help. The downside is it is not handicap friendly isles. The place is over packed isles are narrow. Heaven forbid if there was an emergency.

I get emails from them all the time and when there's a good deal that I can use I always go there plus they give a VA discount which helps out it's a good store for sports equipment and shoes

Nice store, clean and easy to navigate. Was not a planned trip, more of a spontaneous stop. Didn't pick up anything but it gave me an opportunity to see what they regularly stocked at this location. Staff was nice, very helpful and quickly answered the few questions I had in relation to items on the shelf. Parking spaces clearly marked and trash seems to be under control, with adequate spacing between vehicles so there should be a lesser chance of doors hitting other cars.

Best Big 5 ever! Ever! Ever! I lost my wallet there. They not only returned but found a way to reach me. And not a single dollar was missing. There was about 500 in cash inside. Best shoe department guy. He not only gave great service he was super honest. He deserves a raise!!
