Would NOT recommend (see edit) Went here to get a suit jacket for my father for my grandmother's funeral. Decent selection all things considered but I have one major complaint. If a store is going to have someone working the formal wear and suits section that person should at least have basic training in fitting and measurements especially with the price tags you can expect! The lady who helped us WAS very attentive and willing to help but I knew that it had been some years since my father had seen a tailor. Therefore the first thing I wanted to do was have his measurements taken. The salesperson, when asked to do so, shrugged it off and said "nah we just try them on until you find one"... As someone who has a tailor at home and knows that a off the rack suit will NEVER look as good as a tailored suit I also know that the closer you can get to your true measurements the better, until you can put it in the hands of your tailor. The second shop we went to to get shirts was a night and day difference, the sales person had a measuring tape around his neck (a sure sign you are in the right place for suits and formal wear) Overall good experience but that part was pretty disappointing to be honest.. EDIT: I dropped this to two stars based upon the ULTRA generic "response" from Dillard's which was clearly robotic. This is their opportunity to learn and grow themselves while addressing issues in a low pressure way and their idea of customer service was that response? Thank you dillards-bot but no, I DONT think I'll return.

Great customer service, the light complected, African-American lady with curly hair, in the Children's Section was AMAZING! She assisted us with all our needs. We spent more than anticipated because she took the time to suggestively sell. I was very pleasantly surprised with the Awesome service we received. Great Job!!😁

The past few years haven’t been good to retailers and we’ve seen household names disappear one after the other. When you step into Dillard’s in the Bonita Mall in Meridian, MS, however, it’s like you step back in time to the glory days of retailing. Plentiful quality merchandise and adequate helpful staff in a pleasant environment and competitive prices. I think superb management must be at play here!

They always seem to have great sales! One of the best stores in the mall unfortunately it iant in a better location. But you wouldn't know it by the clothing items in there. Hope thus stirs stays.
