August 1, 2022 @ 1:11 PM; At the pharmacy. NO ONE INSIDE waiting in line; JUST ME. There to fill one of the most common medication in the nation. 20 tablets. (CVS told me this location had it, when I stopped in a different location across town.) Sign says, “Closed Daily 1:30-2:00 For Lunch”…. IT WAS 1:11 PM…… Pharmacist Robbi (aka ‘Hair Done-Did’) say, “we closed for lunch & errythang”….AGAIN, IT WAS 1:11 PM….The Pharmacy ‘Assistant Assistancer’ (aka ‘Bowling Ball’) fakes look at my script, and chimes in, “anyway, we prob’ly don’t be havin’ it”, then quickly hands back my script. AGAIN, IT WAS 1:11 PM. “That’s R-O-B-B-I”, said Pharmacist Hair Done-Did, after my asking her name, after she told me that she DID NOT CARE if I moved ALL my scripts from CVS 😳 So, I DID!! 😁 Now, I DON’T have to deal with lazy, rude, arrogant 🤬🤬 pharmacy people who are always only 49 minutes away from ending a 30 minute lunch break, and who never answer the phone. btw, nice masks 😷 We see Bowling Ball went with the more luxurious “jungle camo” mask. (Now, at night, you’d never be able to see her coming 😂) Since they’re the only 2 working in the pharmacy, and they both break for lunch at the same time (for the same 49-minute-long-half-hour-lunchtime break) I be wundurin; do they be eatin’ with they maxes on? 🤔 P.S. IT’S 10:30 PM; As soon as I posted this review, I received Google Maps-Review Automated Store Response informing me that this location is, “closed 1:30-2pm daily for lunch”😂I’t ain’t being like 2 edjumacated pharmacy women peoples be too stoopid too add up all them minutes in a half-hour 🤣 Gots to be havin’ calcumalator fo them big numbers & errythang.

This is the worst pharmacy I ever been to! I actually wanted to fight the pharmacy techs… Because they were being so rude and unprofessional.

Came here for a booster shot. Setup an appt online and then come here, walk back to the pharmacy and am greeted with a "pharmacy closed" sign.

If I could leave NO stars, I would. Two times in a row that we have needed to refill an rx and the pharmacy is closed because they dont have a pharmacist. It takes 30 to 45 minutes to get in and out on an average day. DO BETTER! I'm done with this pharmacy!

Unfortunately I have to deal with this specific cvs every month, for the past year. When I tell you NOT ONE SINGLE TIME have they greeted me, didn’t accuse me of lying ( insinuations) about my script, get it right and be polite. I understand they are short handed but even on days when they have someone extra they still talk down to you. You know if you can’t run a business efficiently( treat customers with respect, see to them in timely manner , ANSWER THE PHONE) then you shouldn’t operate it at all. It’s not fair to the few of us that have to deal with your menopausal meltdown days. Today was the last straw , I’ve been calling all day to verify I can only afford half of my script today they NEVER answer. Ever . Yet I kept calling to avoid what I’m doing right now. She got rude, and very angry! Insisted I needed to go down there to drop off, no they’ve already been filled mam, not now they haven’t she says your at the back of the line I have customers it may be a few hours” she smirked. Last time. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the store side . God bless them they take messages for pharmacy for me, try and help etc. Get a grip CVS.

If I could give this location 0 stars,I would.this location is AWFUL!! I've spent 3 hours trying to get answers about my medications and keep getting the run around!they are short staffed and the pharmacy is obviously mismanaged. You are better off going else where.I'm planning on switching asap. I just moved here from NC. Now after fighting to get my medications I have to wait another day to contact my doctors office which I could have done had they answered the phone and request the authorizations. what they don't understand is I have serious medical issues including Chiari malformation,my spine is basically crumbled into nothing and many many more.I shouldn't even be walking anymore.thank you for screwing me health over.I never wish this pain on another human ever!

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. Snappy and rude on the phone if they even answer it. Hold times are at least 15 minutes. Always complaining about being short handed. Fill some refills when I don't need them, won't fill them when I do need them. Waited 4 hours for a prescription just to be told they were out and it was on back order.

Wow, just payed the most for povion IoDine in my life! Twice as much as any where else. $15.49 for 8 oz bottle. I will never step foot in this place again. This is price gouging! People of meriden MS all there stuff is over priced. Just a warning!!

This is the slowest and worst pharmaceutical place I have ever used. I left my refills there Friday to be filled went today(Wednesday) to get them and they still aren't ready! Mr Discount takes about 10 minutes. I should have stayed there! What is the problem? I have never been able to just get a refill without it taking at least 2 hours! Now it's been 5 days. Who is in charge of this place? This is BAD business CVS!

never answer the phone. avg hold time 30 min. when someone answers they get info and ask you to hold for pharmacist after few moments u get dis connected
