Neat, clean, well stocked (given the shortage issues currently) and easy to find things. Would be 5 stars but I hate that employees block aisles with carts of groceries and don't apologize or move out of the way easily.

Checkout is much quicker. Atleast 2 checkout lanes open most of the time sometimes 3 It's been a big turn around. Use to have 3 employees standing around at scan and go and 1 checkout open.

I will not use this location again due to their failure to fulfill order as promised in a timely manner. I was told it would be ready between 5pm and 6pm cst, no one contacted me. I had to call the store, after my scheduled pickup time, only to be told that my order would not be available after 9am tomorrow morning. I placed my order at 1030am.... if they knew they could not fulfill orders then the should have contacted those scheduled on not taken the orders to begin with. The only saving grace was the wonderful service provided by the customer care team. The were quick and efficient. This store could learn a lot from them.

By far one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had at any Walmart. I've traveled around a lot and I've seen some pretty messed up businesses, but this one is the worst. I placed an online order for 3:30 on Monday. I go to pick my order up and I'm told that it wouldn't be ready until the next day and that there's nothing they can do about it and then I asked to speak to a manager. The manager walks up I believe her name was Bri. She had a very rude attitude and personally it didn't seem like she wanted to be there. As an Entrepreneur this is very poor service in my opinion. Some of the associates were very nice and had very uplifting attitudes about the situation. I spoke to 3 of them and they all told me they were new. I just hope they are treated nicely. It's horrible when you see youthful and bright minded people working in a business that is corrupt with bad managers.

This is one of my favorite places to buy groceries. The staff are very helpful, and there's hardly ever a line . Meat is fresh and so are the fruits, and veggies. Did I mention the employee's being very nice ?

To any employees: please don't take this personally, and I wish you all good health, prosperity, and happiness. It's not your fault this company has no regard for people's well-being and community health. I made a curbside pickup order early this afternoon and selected to pick them up at 8-9pm later tonight. Well, I just called to check on my order at 7:45pm and they told me that I will have to come in the morning, and made no apology for failing to notify me or get my order remotely on time. This is extremely inconvenient, and they should have at least warned me with a text that I would not have my groceries as per my order. They mentioned nothing about giving me options on when I can pick them up. They didn't let me know when to expect the order to be ready, and what am I supposed to do if I'm at work when the groceries are ready for me to pick them up? I ordered nearly $150 worth of groceries, and though most of them were not necessarily needed by tonight or tomorrow morning, I won't be able to give my 99 year old grandmother the buttered toast that she asks for every morning because I used the last of the butter for her broccoli for supper tonight. If they had just let me know in advance, I would have saved the butter, and we would have had it in the morning. This was my first time ordering groceries this way from this sorry excuse for a company, and I feel as though it's not worth it at all. If you must shop from a large company to get by, just go to Winn-Dixie where it's quicker, more convenient, and reliable.
