I had an appointment at 1pm. I called to say I was going to be a few minutes late. When I arrived, Laura had someone in her cubicle - a guy who walked in just before I did. I waited for ½ an hour, all the while being told that Laura was finishing up with her appointment. At 130 pm, I left bc I had an appointment and she never even acknowledged my presence. My thing is that she should have told her previous customer that her 100 appointment had arrived and she would have to get back with them at a later time. I ended up walking out and going across the street to Jackson Hewitt and was seen immediately without an appointment!! Much better service!!

Easy service. Fast and reliable. Extremely expensive though. I dont think anyone should have to pay $700 for taxes when you could do it on turbo tax or credit karma for free and just spend 100 on the option they give you at the end for social security and tax filing insurance to cover your butt in case you messed up.
