Went to Autozone in Diberville New Years Day and the Assistant Manger TOMMY H. ran a diagnostic on my daughter's car and printed out what the check engine light was on for. He took the time to explain the purpose and the importance of each sensor that showed a trouble code. I had an appointment to have this same diagnostic done on this car for 100.00 dollars with a mechanic Monday. Tommy at Autozone did this for free! Great to know there are still honest and caring people like Tommy still around. Thanks again Tommy and Autozone.

Whenever you're a female need assistance and all of the males saying that they can not assist you with a simple item as replacing a signal light. They were not busy at all but they couldn't assist me. I'll take my business to O'Reilly's auto parts. They assist their customers and they have all of the tools I need.

Just called over there to see if they have MAF sensor cleaner. The dude said if we have it it will be on the shelves in our chemical section. I asked if he could check to see if they have any before I drive over there to pick it up and he said “We have a store full of customers my man.” That’s poor customer service. No can you hold, no let me check real quick (takes a one minute to walk over). Yikes.
