my tax preparer does NOT respond back, i am having issues with my taxes and i was giving a # to call and been on hold for almost 2 hrs. A rep answered an hr into me waiting took my info, and said she was pulling my acct up, and instead she put me back on hold. No one ever answered!

When I found a mistake. Nobody bothered to fix it or call me back .it just say I rejected to . I just paid 135.00 for nothing .
