I've used auto bell for years and I must admit That today's service was the best ever And I mean Best Ever thats a heavy label but thanks to the assistant manager Eadrus (sorry if I misspelled your name) but this young man was so amazing and professional. Definitely a 5 star manager

My car is clean but sadly the crew that dries and puts the finishing touches on the cars don't pay attention to details anymore. I could easily observe ares that needed to be cleaned (i.e wheel covers). I imagine the volume of cars they have to dry contributes to the lack of attention to details.

They did a very poor job vacuuming the car out. The car wash wasn’t good and I had two tires shiny and clean the other two were half done. I enjoy not having to do it myself, but they how to do a better.

I had really great experience. One of the assistant managers, I believe his name is Cole, was working his tail off! He had been sprinting back forth between cars. Drying and wiping them down and not just rushing customers to get it done. He paid great attention to details. You would've thought Autobell was short staffed by the way he was working. But that clearly was NOT the case. Great customer service too!!! GREAT JOB COLE!!!

My car was halfed clean and the two girls that worked on my car couldn't work for talking and flirting with the male workers. It took them twice as long to finish my car cause of the amount of socializing they was doing. Everyone who came out of the wash with or right behind me had finish and gone i know 15 minutes or more before I did. I don't mind having fun and talking but this was ridiculous. Then to have my car half cleaned in the end. I paid almost $50 to watch them play around and be cute. They had I know 10 workers and it looked like only 4 of them was working.

It’s a “touch” car wash. I use it for my pickup truck. If you care about your paint go for a “touch-less” car wash. But for my truck, this place is great. And the monthly ride-thru unlimited plan is a great value!

Always try to give this place a chance but everytime I'm disappointed. The cup holders and seats still had crumbs and debree. There were streaks on the dash from where they armoralled it but didn't do a great job. Just disappointed because they were very busy due to a technical difficulty with their computer and they pulled up our van past the cleaning stuff into the parking lot. So if we would have mentioned we were dissatisfied they would have to drive it back. As it was we were late due to waiting over 30 min for them to get the system working. We payed $50 for a cleaning I guess I expected a better job. Employees were nice!!! Just disappointed there wasn't much attention to detail. Edit: 3/2/22: I just want to add that someone from this location contacted me. This is what customer service should be! Someone named Tim contacted me and spoke with me about the issues with our service and offered to have our van re- serviced. They did a wonderful job👍

The biggest scam. The quality of service was horrible. Went for full service car wash and detailing. Paid $45 for my car to resemble a $15 car wash. They told me that it was $45 for there best service. I could have paid $25 dollars less and did it myself. It would have looked 100 times better than what they did. Please don’t waist your time at this place and do yourself a favor and avoid this company all together. After paying almost $50 dollars I had to go home and finish detailing it myself. Not to mention whatever products they used left my car oily and hard to buff out. Services: Vacuuming, Polishing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

First time at this Autobell and the service was great, the wait was minute and the various pricing options allowed me to choose a simple ride through all the way up to an affordable detailing option. I chose the Manager's special that cleaned the inside and out, as well as shine up the wheels and a coating of rain-x. Sure brought the shine back into my dust covered and pollen-laden car. It took less than 20 minutes to bring my car up to a shine and the staff was extremely courteous.
