This is my 2nd location in 6 months. Because I stopped going because they just cant get it right! As the young men where nice my vehicle still had missing spots. I showed them the missing spots and they went over it but I was exhausted and just drove off. When I got home between the passenger seat and console all the trash was still there! I dont understand why it's so hard to vacum the car correctly!

This is by far the BEST Autobell near Uptown. I purposely drove to this further location because the other location closest to me does not do a good job. The employees at this Autobell are very thorough! This was the first time I left an Autobell and haven't had to wipe areas that were missed by the staff. I highly recommend this location. These kids are the laziest kids I’ve ever encountered. I used to do this & I’d personally always detail every vehicle as if it were my own. Its a personal pride that these kids don’t have. Spending $35 for an auto wash & expecting to leave a $5 - $20 tip based on how well it’s detailed… these kids barely wipe it all down, leaving water spots. Don’t take any real time with floor mats, wheels & the grime on them, do not use product when wiping down the windows or dash. What a joke. I’d rather pay 2 - 3x and have it done right by a detail shop. Will never go back. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Polishing

The car wash was fine. However, my rental car digital key was not returned to me. I called the location after I drove about 50 miles and the car would not start. The Auto Bell Agent said Auto Bell is NOT open on Sundays therefore I had to call Avis Car Rental to have the vehicle towed and replaced to later find out that Auto Bell is open on Sundays and I could have taken an UBER back to the location 50 miles and retrieved the key. All of this based on INCORRECT information cost me 4.5 from sun up to sun down at a Dollar General waiting for the car to be towed and for the Uber that Avis scheduled to pick me up along the time if the scheduled tow. Furthermore, the cost of having someone to drive me 50 miles back to AutoBell on the following day to be at AUTOBELL at 730am on a Sunday morning to retrieve the rental car key. This is the short version of the story! It's better to say I DON'T KNOW...than to render incorrect information which creates a NEGATIVE customer experience!!!!

When in for a car wash today and the guy was finish in 5 mins !!! I paid 31.00 +8.00 he didn’t clean none of my windows. And I guess he assumed my car was clean in the inside all ready but I paid for a reason . I had to ask two different ppl to just clean my back glass and all I got was attitude. I have been coming there for years and never had a problem. I actually wanted my tip back after seeing my car. But never again !!!! I’m not a problematic person so I refuse to make a scene . I just take my business elsewhere…. Services: Vacuuming, Auto detailing

Main reason I got the basic service was for them to clean interior and get rid of dog hair on the front seat.... did a terrible job. Only reason they are getting two stars is because exterior was done correctly.

Went to visit this location 4/19 and since then I’ve had a issue with my vehicle and steering. I’ve contacted corporate to resolve the issue. The manager Cody Howard called me and was very condescending and told me to explain to him how their machines could even possibly damage my vehicle. I asked to speak to someone else he told me he is the highest person to speak to then proceeds to tell me I can file a claim but it will get denied. Very rude and unprofessional. I was just trying to get this issue resolved or see what the problem was I’m not trying to get over but clearly the manager thinks so and tried to belittle me like I’m not educated on vehicles. Have unlimited car wash package and today I decided to get detail done on interior. Needless to say I paid for a service I did not recieve. Car was still dirty on inside and was not wiped down. I asked for a rag and barley hit a spot on my door and could tell a difference. They did not wipe down my interior as they should, rushed and done a very poor job. Asked for a refund and was told they can't do refunds. They don't do what you pay for and do a poor job of it when they try. My 2 year old niece could have cleaned the inside of my car better than any of these guys did. Horrible service and experience!!!! Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto detailing

Impressed. I've been to a few autobells and I've never really been happy with the end result. This location did an amazing job on a Friday around 7:20pm. The manager's special was too good to pass up. This location is fairly convenient to my office, I will be back for sure!
