Best car wash in Charlotte, North Carolina (NC) 2024

This is by far the BEST Autobell near Uptown. I purposely drove to this further location because the other location closest to me does not do a good job. The employees at this Autobell are very thorough! This was the first time I left an Autobell and haven't had to wipe areas that were missed by the staff. I highly recommend this location. The biggest scam. The quality of service was horrible. Went for full service car wash and detailing. Paid $45 for my car to resemble a $15 car wash. They told me that it was $45 for there best service. I could have paid $25 dollars less and did it myself. It would have looked 100 times better than what they did. Please don’t waist your time at this place and do yourself a favor and avoid this company all together. After paying almost $50 dollars I had to go home and finish detailing it myself. My car was scratched in several places. I went to the manager and he gaslighted me and said the carwash didn’t do it. I would have taken a simple fix for my car. This is a brand new car with under 5k miles on it. I took it to the dealership and they said it look like it hard years worth of stretches on the car. The manager only denied denied denied. Worst experience i ever had with a carwash and I go to the carwash 2 to 3 times a week! Service: Car waxing ~Justin

Horrible car wash, had to move to multiple times due to credit card readers not working, quarter slot jammed or low pressure. Vacuums were not working and had blue painters tape on multiple machines. If you know it's broken, fix it! or at least lower the prices. I won't be back. ~Devin
