No cashier only do it yourself. Both ends had more then 10 people waiting to check themselves out. So I put the stuff I wanted to buy down and just walked out.

I have not been in a Walmart in 4 years because of the horrible treatment I received at the Walmart in Southaven. Today, I was in Holly Springs at the tax collector office. So on my way back to Byhalia, I thought I would stop at Walmart Holly Springs to pick up one item. Unfortunately, they did not have what I needed. However, I decided to pick out a few vacation outfits. There was no one working the fitting rooms. I called by phone to the store to have someone unlock a fitting room. After 20 minutes and calling twice, no one showed up. When I approached 2 employees at the front, I was told they were gone for the day and the next person wouldn’t be in until 2:00. So I left. Again, Walmart never fails to disappoint. What store operates to that stupidity! Like only one person has a key to the fitting rooms. My thoughts are, Walmart is just a very lazy organization. That’s why I drive to shop at Kroger for groceries, Target for household and pet items and JC Penny for clothes, as I have that option. I feel sorry for local residents that only has Walmart to depend on. They are not treated with dignity and respect. No more Walmart for me.

Went to electronics and could not find anyone to help. Looked throughout the entire store to find someone who could page someone to electronics to help and could not find anyone to help me. Another customer did get a page out and ask for someone to come to electronics. I left 20 minutes after that with absolutely no one helping me or the other 3 customers that were waiting.

We stop here usually once a week. As we are cattle haulers & have an extra long truck (🤣You Know Us Cattle Haulers..Gota Have a Long Nose Pete😂) So Thank You So Much for the Nice Truck Parking. We can get in & out pretty easy. The store is usually stocked nicely, Employees are friendly & it is clean. Best Walmart I've been to in a very long time. We will continue to stop here weekly.

Lines are fairly long. Some check-out machines doesn't use cash; CARD ONLY. Foods are fresh. Employees decent. It's plenty to choose from but holly springs Walmart is kind of outdated ... That's the only downside. Parking is easy. Police are here half of the time.

My mother and I have been doing the grocery pickups since they started having them at this location, and we have had a great experience with it. We had been driving all the way to Olive Branch to do pickups at that location, but not anymore. Not only do they almost always have all of my items in stock, but the employees that have brought out our orders have been exceptionally nice and helpful. I mean above and beyond. The young woman that helped us today was Brittney. She was so nice. A young man helped us on our last order, and I wish I would have gotten his name so I could give him a mention as well. They were both extremely polite and nice. The only issue I have had at this location is at the self checkout. There is a lady at self checkout early mornings that is pretty rude. Rude to the point of not even speaking when I asked her for help. And I was the only person at the self checkout area. So, I’m not really sure what the problem was there, but all of the other employees in store and at pickup have been exceptional people that deserve five stars.
