I think it's crazy that they have a coupon that is charged a doller extra per item plus their 4.99 delivery charge because you have it delivered instead of carryout. It would make sense if the delivery drivers weren't living off the tips. What's the point in making me pay an extra 8 bucks plus tip for delivery? It's insane. I'll go somewhere else.

Always great delivery service..on time and food is usually very hot and ready to eat! Only one time in many deliveries did I get my order an hour and a half late but, Domino's gave me a free pizza for my troubles. So in my book pretty stellar overall!=)

Awful experience. My order took one and a half hours to arrive (a large pizza with cheesy bread). My driver took nearly 40 minutes to get to my house from the store which is normally a 10 minute drive, causing my food to arrive cold. After trying to call the store to ask if something went wrong, I was on hold for 30 minutes.

I'm not sure what's going on with dominos these days, I love thier pizza but mine keeps coming burnt. I call and ask very nicely that they don't over cook the pizza and then it comes, overcooked, hard to eat, completely distasteful, and my mother ordered chicken, that came completely burnt as well, it's not allowing me to add photos but I have them!

This place has been consistently taking my order and telling me 30-45 mins and then every time I get a call 20 mins later that if I still want my order it’s not going to be there for an hour or longer. Extremely unprofessional if you are unable to complete the order you should just explain so when I called the first time

My order was over an hour late for a scheduled delivery, came cold and somehow stale, and apparently I'm being blocked from ordering here because I disputed the charge through my CC after being refused a refund. Not super concerned about it on my end but I can't recommend this location.

Was just told 2.5 hours for a delivery. No business is ever that far backed up. They didnt want to deliver because i live in north billerica. Sad that a giant corporate company allows franchises to act this way

Have been visiting this store since 2.5 yrs. I had multiple experiences of delay in getting my order however I just gave a pass considering resources shortage amid pandemic. Recently I had a very bad experience by one of the patrons by saying ‘I don’t care’. I don’t understand how can these ppl work in a service industry without respecting the customers. I called the store manager and conveyed my displeasure the way that employee responded and behaved.

Ordered carry out, had to wait 20+ minutes past the time it said in the app. There was no sauce on the Buffalo chicken pizza. Looked like a busy night with short staff, but they were very friendly.

Seriously do NOT waste your time. I've lived in Billerica my whole life and recently came back to visit my parents after graduating college. I was craving some pizza and went to this dominos because it has sentimental value for me (I've been coming here for years). I ordered online a SIMPLE small pizza and when I went to pick it up (after the website saying it was ready). When I got there, the lady did not even start it. I walked in, she fumbled around, then said that she would make the pizza on the spot. She left it in the oven for too long (the store was literally empty so I dont know how she forgot about it). I had to remind her and then she drenched it with hot sauce. It was hands down the worst pizza from Domino's I have ever had. So upsetting.
