This store isnimmaculate and adorable but the manager of the store is AMAZING. She was so incredibly helpful answering all of our questions about the Nuna stroller and carseat system we were looking at. She helped us find a set that we could take home that day at a nice little discounted rate. They even kept it in store and let us call them to come to the loading dock and pick it up when we were done shopping. Just fantastic customer service, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This is probably my favorite place to go to for baby shower gifts. They have the cutest clothes for babies plus you can grab baby necessities from diapers to baby furniture & strollers. I only gave 4 stars bc they are a little pricey. They mail out coupons often so that helps.

I’m beyond frustrated with Pottery Barn Kids at this point. I ordered matching pajamas and personalized stockings for my son’s first Christmas back on December 1st. I was told they shipped on the 7th. I patiently waited and waited as shipping updates kept getting delayed only to find out the items never shipped and there was no way to find them. They were now sold out so could not be replaced so now I have no stockings for our first family Christmas. This was for order 313352990599. Customer service refunded me and I tried figuring another set of pajamas for our Christmas pictures since all stockings were sold out. I had to settle for some pajamas that I didn’t really want because they were all that’s left. I was told they’d be delivered today and when tracking I found out that my son’s are on back order until June and I can’t return them because they haven’t been delivered yet. I don’t even want to return them, they were supposed to be for Christmas pictures of his first Christmas and I was told they’d be here. I’m in tears over how pottery barn has ruined the photos I’ve set up for this special day. I used to love all of your items and now I will never shop here again because of this. Don’t commit to shipping dates and stock if it doesn’t exist. I could’ve gone elsewhere and would have had the photos completed for the cards like I wanted and a beautiful set up for our first family Christmas. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Low inventory in actual store especially PB teen items. You are forced to order with a horrible shopping company LSO. Beware if you want a timely experience.

I have always loved PB for their quality items and supposedly great customer service. I have purchased from them several times over the years. I recently purchased backpacks and lunchboxes for the kiddos and it arrived right before Christmas. Everything was great but the zipper on one of the lunchboxes stopped working. Since everything was brand new and had never been used I went to the store in Frisco to ask for a replacement/repair. Three ladies were in the store talking and one of them asked if I needed help. I explained what I needed and the older salesperson looked at me from head to toe and said I needed to contact customer service. Thankfully her younger colleague decided to help me and requested the replacement right there and then. It turned out good but I did not like how the first salesperson made me feel. She acted like I was not worthy to be shopping at their store and was just bothering her. PB should train their employees better....the quality of their customer service is declining.

Terrible delivery service. Don’t order if you are going to order delivery. I have a baby due anytime now and they rescheduled my delivery without even telling me. I had to call after my delivery never showed up on time. If there was a zero star, I would rate them 0 stars.. this is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I call the delivery specialist and they say they were told to reschedule all deliveries this morning. Ive been waiting at home all day for this delivery. No call, no text, no email. Smh

We have had the worst experience with Pottery Barn kids on online sales. We ordered a product online that was supposed to be customized it was a backpack and lunch box combo. Simply printed names on both. We received the backpack after two backorders (2 weeks late) and the lunchbox which has been delayed now three separate times and will not be available until March. When we ordered the backpack we were not informed of any back orders or delays on getting our material. Unfortunately, this was for our nephews birthday and we’re not able to deliver any presents on the day of. To make matters worse we’re not able to complete his gifts until March 2020. We have called several times and have been hung up on multiple times. Pottery Barn please contact us to make things right and we will change this review.

Terrible customer service. Spent a tremendous amount of money on baby furniture, paid to have it delivered and set up in the nursery. They never called to confirm the appointment, instead leaving the furniture in boxes on my front porch. After numerous attempts to contact and arrange for installation, the store has been negligent at best. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else.
