Best baby clothing store in Frisco, Texas (TX) 2024

I've called this store twice.. the 1st time they lied about returning online purchases. I called CS and they said that stores IN FACT take back online orders and do exchanges. I CALLED back and spoke w a guy who was NOT enthusiastic about working I asked the same question again and what do I need to bring for a refund or exchange to occur, he told me and ended the call w mmmhmm as opposed to goodbye??? DUDE if you don't like your job go get another 1!!! ~K

This store isnimmaculate and adorable but the manager of the store is AMAZING. She was so incredibly helpful answering all of our questions about the Nuna stroller and carseat system we were looking at. She helped us find a set that we could take home that day at a nice little discounted rate. They even kept it in store and let us call them to come to the loading dock and pick it up when we were done shopping. Just fantastic customer service, couldn't have asked for a better experience. ~Kari
