My parents were thrilled with Orlando. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly to them. They usually have bad experiences with Wells Fargo poor customer service which is crazy one of largest banks lol. But Orlando apparently exceeded their expectations.

Showed up 40 minutes before close to open a joint account. I was told I couldn’t be helped today with only one person ahead of me. It was my only week day off in weeks that lined up with my partner. They told me I had to schedule it online and our jobs don’t line up to do that. In the 12 years I’ve banked with this company it was the laziest display of work ethic I’ve ever seen.

To begin with, the person who is addressing all the walk-in customers has no sense of direction. She has everyone seeing the next teller when ever she pleases. There have been people who came after one only to be seen first while the first to show are last to be seen. The tellers have no sense of urgency they are all laid back and ignoring their customers valued time. You have three tellers speaking amongst themselves and show no care in the world to help who is next. This is just a sad place to come too for all banking needs. A simple wire transfer has taken up more than an hours wait time.

Terrible parking arrangement. I parked on the East side of the building and had to walk around to the front with my 2 small children. On the way out, on our journey to the truck I stepped/fell in a hole filled with what smelled like wet feces. My kids got a good laugh. I left feeling absolutely disgusted.

This location is very unorganized. I’ve been to many branches and never have I ever been so Unpleased with the service they provided. The bank reps are very unfriendly and are more worried about gossiping amongst each other instead of attending to the waiting customers in the lobby.

I needed to make a deposit and regretted doing so at this particular branch. Getting in and out is a bit of a struggle. Once I found a spot, I noticed the ATM outside looked damaged like it had been sitting in the sun for several years. So I walk inside and didn't see a machine in the lobby. I go up to the teller and hand her the money, then inserted my debit card. The lady sits there and tells me about online banking like I'm some sort of new customer, even though I've been with them for over 10 years. Once I was finished, I almost fell in the parking lot due to the pine needles being scattered all over the place. I really miss the personal touch of Wachovia. I was sorry to hear Wells Fargo planned on taking over in 2008.

Male manager lazy. Takes prople who walk in while others seated waiting up to an hour. Didn't apolgize when I interrupted the third person who cut in front of me. Shouldn't be dealing with the public. Unbelievable.

I wanted to make note of the worst experience I have had with your bank. I received one overdraft charge of $35.00 for the first time in years. When I used to have Wachovia before Wells Fargo took over, the customer service was excellent. I used to be young and a beginner in the banking world and received multiple overdraft charges. When I would go into the branch Wachovia would take away the overdraft charges to not only keep a customer, but keep a happy customer. When I walked into the local Wells Fargo branch today inquiring about getting my one charge of $35.00 reversed, I was told that the full amount would not be possible but only half? I was also told that they would rather lose me as a long time banking customer then refund the full amount of $35.00. In my eyes this is ridiculous. What kind of bank would say they would rather lose a customer then help them out? I am completely unsatisfied with the banking service I received. I visited my local branch at 5849 Okeechobee Blvd, WPB 33417 and the Customer service banker was Natalya Muchnik (NMLSR ID: 1086252). The way I stand now is that I will never choose Wells Fargo again for my banking needs nor will my friends and family. Take my advice and choose a different branch.
