6 Best bank in West Palm Beach, Florida (FL) 2024

The merger has ruined this bank. Have been a customer for 13 years. Hold times are over an hour to speak to a representative. Deposits go missing with no explanation. Money is removed from acct with no explanation. One month of speaking with Managers and customer service and escalation tean escalation team and issues still not resolved with missing money. And then today my mobile deposit went missing and you can't reach anyone to talk to about it. ~l

Went here yesterday for a cashier's check. Waited in line. One teller slower than molasses in January. Then she told me cashier's don't do it point me to nice lady in a cubicle. I didn't have the address. Was told to come back today. I did then was told I ipads don't work. Internet down. And guess what. No Tellers at all! Service going down hill! ~Karen

My parents were thrilled with Orlando. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly to them. They usually have bad experiences with Wells Fargo poor customer service which is crazy one of largest banks lol. But Orlando apparently exceeded their expectations. ~Doc

While visiting this branch I watched the lead bank manager disrespect an African American customer. The branch manager came off extremely pugnacious with little respect to any of the customers visiting. He even said and I quote “I’ll close your bank account and get you trespassed”. The customer was professional and courteous he just wanted an answer to his questions. I see the negative reviews from this location so I shouldn’t be shocked at all. Wells Fargo Terrible. ~KINGOFOUTWEST

Slowest bank ever. I needed to change my cash from $20 bills to $5 bills. I waited almost 1 hour for that because there is always a long line, and there is only one person helping us. ~Keif

I understand there are staffing shortages, but when you are the third person in line and only want a cashier's check, why does it take 30 minutes?!? The branch manager obviously doesn't care either, because when my father VERY NICELY mentioned to him that it was the worst banking experience he's ever had, the manager didn't even respond. I guess we'll be switching to Wells Fargo.... ~Jennifer
