Went here yesterday for a cashier's check. Waited in line. One teller slower than molasses in January. Then she told me cashier's don't do it point me to nice lady in a cubicle. I didn't have the address. Was told to come back today. I did then was told I ipads don't work. Internet down. And guess what. No Tellers at all! Service going down hill!

I thought the two stars initially I had seen on Google review was a mistake. It was not. This has got to be the worst bank I've been to in 20 years. I had to return with a check that the customer had written the wrong date on, they changed it and initialed it, and because they felt his initials didn't quite match that she had to wait for the supervisor. The customer had said if there were any issues they could just give him a call. They have not and I have been here for over 30 minutes. I would not open an account with Bank of America, ever! This is unacceptable.

All I have to say is the service is barely there to non-existent. There was one teller today at 1pm. I was eventually served at 1:23 and almost forced to walk around the building to exit by the security. In 104•f Florida heat. The manger on staff did not even acknowledge me or the other 12 or so customers in line and continued to let them stand and wait while she walked around. Only her and the man teller were the only employees present. They cant treat this building like that just because of the area it’s located and the clients. Do better!

Flor the manage has the most disgusting attitude I’ve ever experienced. I work in customer service and you should treat no one with that level of disrespect. I made an appointment showed up before my appointment waited an hour after my appt to all the customers who where here before me were helped. I finally get up and make her aware that I made an appointment to skip the line she looks me in my eyes and says okay so what do you want me to do? I had to ask her again aren’t you the manger. I want you to do your job disgusting honestly never again

No Drive-Thru service. No commercial banking line inside. They have no regard for safety of their commercial banking customers. They have 0 respect for their commercial banking customers time either. The line inside builds up and people are waiting 45 minutes for two tellers. Meanwhile, all the manager does is smile and greet more people.

Worst location ever. manager was rude never smiled never greeted anyone. Only 3 tellers very slow ones too line going outside. No drive through service . They should close that branch. I took my bank business to PNC and I saw the difference. Never again

Everytime I go to this location I NEVER, ABOSOLUTELY NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH ANYONE OR ANYTHING. The staff is extremely polite and the place is very clean. The tellers and other staff are very competent with what they are doing. Very knowledgeable and they definitely work in a fast and highly efficient manner. I am never dissapointed here. I wish I can give a Rating of 10. You guys are great and if anyone says other wise the problem is them and not the bank. 💯

This location continues to be the worst ever !! I continue to post comments on how awful this location is, but my comments are never posted by Google. Maybe Bank of America is paying Google, to not post negative comments.....just a thought. My most recent experience at this location .....I arrived at exactly the time the bank opened. There were 3 folks ahead of me and 1 active teller. Yep, 1 teller. The worst part was ....there was an assistant manager Cynthia and a new teller Billy, training at a station. The customer line has now increased to 10 people , what a sad sight. The assistant manager Cynthia never acknowledged the customers. Maybe she is trained to IGNORE customers in line, especially when the line continues to get longer and longer. The trainee Billy, had an attitude that reflected "he didn't care because he is still getting paid regardless"...lol. He looked tired because he was constantly yawning. I was able to assess all of this while I patiently wanted in line for 45 minutes. I also made new friends in line, we stood and complained to each other. New day, same story. A day in the life at Bank of America. Horror Story.
