Slowest bank ever. I needed to change my cash from $20 bills to $5 bills. I waited almost 1 hour for that because there is always a long line, and there is only one person helping us.

My mother went down there on friday to open a deposit box, the man there said the bank would be open on Monday. When we went there at 11 it was closed. And then I find out it's closed on Tues and weds too?? My mother is only here for a week and she needs service and no one is helping her. Ridiculous.

Really really disappointed after being an account holder for 14+ years this locations drive through atm “lost connectivity” per the screen message after I deposited $800 cash and this was 3 days before Christmas. If the machine asked me to confirm the $800 and press “cash” or “check” to deposit more and another button says “complete” then YOUR ATM has already confirmed I deposited $800. You ruined our families Christmas with your APATHY AND giving me the “CLAIMS PROCESS” excuse holding up my money!!!

Never enough help. I hardly ever have to go into a branch and when I do it never fails this branch has only one cashier no car lane an 3 or 4 people in offices. Coming here is like a punishment for keeping your money with them. They do the bare minimum for their customers.

I have always had excellent customer service every time I have come in. to this location. I usual don't come into the lobby but I bring in my Mother to help her with her banking needs. From being greeted up front to the teller assisting us we have been in and out within minutes.

I make deposits at this bank at least once a week. The entire staff at this branch are wonderful! I can't believe that people are complaining due to wait time. The world does not revolve around your personal schedule. If you are in that much of a hurry, use the ATM. The average time I spend from wait to finish is 8 minutes and that is only due to the fact that I deposit into commercial accounts which require manager approval. I could understand complaining if the staff were not helpful or lazy (hence the reason it takes long) but they are not. They are courteous to their customers, they remember your name and ensure you leave with great customer service! Great job, guys!

My wife and I went through the drive thru at Chase and then to Bank of America to make a deposit. At chase there were 3 lines to serve customers, and they had withdrawal slips in the boxes outside, it was a breeze. We then went over to Bank of America, which is just across the street and there was just one drive thru line available with about 5 cars ahead of us. We came up to the service window about 20 minutes later. We requested a deposit slip, because they had no boxes with the slips outside. The teller handed the deposit slip to us the and in a dismissive manner told us that we need to move out of the line, to complete the form. We told her that we already waited for a while and did not think that we should have to move out of the line. We said that we would be quick and complete the form. The teller then repeated her rude tone that we must move out of the line until it is completed. We told her that she was rude and we didn't have to take this poor treatment. We demanded to speak to the manager. The teller then called the manager over. We saw the teller speak to the manager, and then the manager came to speak to us. The manager then proceeds to tell us what what a great person the teller is, and that we would need to complete the form outside the line, before even asking us what had transpired. We immediately called her on it. We told her about what happened and told her how disappointed we were at this experience. The manager then took the already completed deposit and completed the deposit. Filling out the form took less than 90 seconds and the deposit took another 2 minutes. This should have been a simple matter and shouldn't have escalated to such a stressful experience. Very disappointed!! Rude customer service and poor excuse for a manager.
