I drop my car off in the mornings and typically pick it up around lunch time without much delay. I appreciate that they value my time and are experienced in their trade.

I needed the alternator on my Honda CRV replaced. The manager was able to provide an accurate and reasonable quote quickly. They replaced the alternator in about an hour and called me to let me know that it was ready for pickup. Good communication, fair price and the car is back on the road.

I had a signal light problem on a chevy lumina. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. I was told that it was a switch problem and it needed to be replaced. Parts and labor was around $350 due to the switch was in the steering wheel. So I agreed to have it repaired. When I picked up the car it was working so I paid the bill and off I went. The next day the turn signal was not working so I took the car back. They checked it out and this time I was told that it was the turn signal flasher. When I went to pick up the car he gave me another bill. I was very upset. Knowing a little about cars I through the flasher would have been the first thing they would have checked. So he asked me what was wrong and my replay was you charged me $350 for a switch and now you want to charge me $75 for replacing a flasher which was a $8 part that you just pull the old one out and plug in the new one so we had words and he didn't charge me the $75. But I say that to say did they do anything to my car the first time due to it was doing the same thing after they suppose to have replaced the switch. So I paid $350 to replace the flasher. I want be going back.
