While visiting this branch I watched the lead bank manager disrespect an African American customer. The branch manager came off extremely pugnacious with little respect to any of the customers visiting. He even said and I quote “I’ll close your bank account and get you trespassed”. The customer was professional and courteous he just wanted an answer to his questions. I see the negative reviews from this location so I shouldn’t be shocked at all. Wells Fargo Terrible.

Only come here if it’s the last result. This location takes its sweet precious time every week when I come. I’m always here for 15-30 minutes. Even if there is no wait. They are just slow and take no initiative to serve the customers at a decent pace. I came on a Saturday and I kid you not the teller purposely waited until 12 to do my transaction just so she can tell the car behind me that they closed at 12. Come on now. That’s very unacceptable

This is an awesome location! Everytime I go here I get quick service and leave knowing all the answers to my questions. It is my go to branch because it has representatives eager to inform and to assist. Convince is the difference maker these days and they have you covered. They have a drive-thru atm so it makes deposits and withdrawals super easy.

I arrived 10 minutes late to an appointment. I told them my situation of my special need child. After that they made me wait 15 minutes again just to tell me they can’t take me and I was told i needed to reschedule. Very poor customer service.

I've been a reluctant customer for 3 years of this bank and particularly, this branch. The account I have was that of my brother who passed away 3 years ago. I am considering moving to another bank. Reasons? Customer service is an after thought. The myriad of problems this branch exposes me to everytime I have to deal with them is exhausting. I have voiced my issues directly to them. Number 1 is the wait. You will find one banker at noon on a Friday. The rest are either sick or on vacation or just left (can't imagine why). Did I mention this is one of the busiest bank I have ever seen? There is never less than 5 customers at any time. If you call it will keep ringing until an automated voice tells you to just give up (happened just now). So that's my story, just a horrendous branch with a few bankers who do what they can with what they are given.

Multiple occasions puts holds on accounts when monthly payments go through for bills. As a result you have to pay late payments for any bills you use through the bank. The service is beyond horrible with only response being I'm sorry that is not our problem. If you have a account I suggest closing before you fall victim to their malpractice.
