When I opened the box of pizza it reminded me of school lunch lady with how bad it looks. The cheese tasted like plastic and the amount of oil on the pizza was enough to fill a bottle. The chicken wings are another story, they looked like they were raw and wrapped in fat. We ordered mild wings and there was no sauce it was just tossed in oil. The quality of the food is excessively poor and definitely gonna give you food poison. Eat at this place at your own risk

Wow so disappointed in the customer service. We are long time customers and placed $100 order today. Stated we wanted a plain steak and cheese sub/just meat and cheese and then 3 steak and cheese with everything on it. Been ordering the same way for years. We received all our food (we ordered more but nothing else was an issue) and the 3 steak and cheese "with everything on it" was just steak and cheese. I called and the manager Amanda got on the phone. She said that we ordered it wrong and that you have to say DELUXE. I stated that we ordered one PLAIN with steak and cheese and three with EVERYTHING on it, what exactly do you think that means? Obviously that doesn't mean plain. The kid taking the order should have asked if he didn't know what everything on it meant. I was told very rudely that she could send three more that we pay for because we don't know how to order and that isn't her problem, and she would include a menu so we know how to order correctly next time. Wow. How rude as a manager to speak to a customer that way. Said she has trained them all to repeat the order and I said that's great but when we said everything on it then they should confirm what that means if they don't understand "everything." Then said she would give us a $6 credit for the toppings we didn't get. After continuing to argue with me that we don't know how to order I stated I would take the $6 credit and would be writing this review. As a small business owner myself I could never imagine speaking to a dissatisfied customer this way. The way in which she handled the situation was so unprofessional.

I am so disappointed with Westshore Pizza in Belleair Bluffs. They use to be our favorite pizza place. Now it is just disgusting. Our pizza had a bread bag tie on a slice. The pizza was luke warm. The chicken wings skin was rubbery. Just a waste of money now eating there. The last 3 times the food has been terrible. I am done.

Rather horrible sub sandwich and pizza wasn't much better. Sandwich had very meager portions. It looked like a Sandwich a 5-year old would make for his daddy. Pizza wasn't quite baked long enough. It seemed like everything was just thrown together. (I just had the exact same order from a different Westshore last week and it was incredibly good.) Don't know how this location performed so poorly. I tried to tell them online instead of here on google, but their online system wasn't working proper either.

Ordered food at 7pm for pick up they said 30 min. We arrived at 7:30 and our burger was done, steak cheese was done and sitting in a bag. The pizza had not even been started yet when we arrived. They said it would be 20-25 more minutes. I told the manager and he said “do you want me to remake it?” I said yes please. He grabbed our food that was ready and hoisted it up over his head and slam dunked it like a basket ball player into the garbage right in front of me in a fit of anger. It is 8pm and We are still waiting for our food we ordered an hour ago. The kids that were supposed to be working were chatting with each other and surfing the internet on their phones. Manager never apologized. If we had not already paid we would have left without food. Avoid this place if you can.

Ordered last night and was totally disgusted by my sandwich order. The vegetarian was supposed to be baked, comes with olive oil and provolone: mine was not baked, had no cheese on it, no oil, just was plain old peppers, raw onions and some lettuce. I paid $8.00 for something that has absolutely no taste whatsoever and was an absolute waste. I spent nearly 15 minutes doctoring my sandwich up myself-it didn't even have a sprinkle of pepper-nothing. I will never spend another dollar here and part of me would like to take the other half of the sandwich I have left and take it to them to see how many of their employees would want to spend $8.00 to eat the same thing they sent to a customer. What a joke.

Tastes great, but this the first time I am ordering myself from here (usually my bf orders) I ordered 1, 18’ meat eaters and another half meat eater half bacon and I got barely any meat on them and my half and half was no pepperoni at all or any other meats and the bacon was minimal sprinkled here and there… $30? I have never written a review in my life but when I called to ask what can be done they said “call later” like I’m going to wait to eat my pizza and then try and get them to fix it after, hahaha

i asked for extra cheese with my fries and i got 5 containers of cheese. say less. i am giving 5 stars just on principle. i hope the chefs in this place win the lottery and die happy and healthy. i love yall god bless

Hot, fresh. Loaded with cheese & grease. What more can you ask for? oh! Extra sauce. Ask for extra sauce for dipping. You don’t need it but more is always better 🤷🏼♀️

The Westshore Pizza here at Bellaire Bluffs is a great place to get good pizza. I have a gluten allergy and I ordered their gluten-free 12 inch pie. The topping I ordered were on there, but WHOOPS, the person who made it forgot my onions. Still good though, even though...no onions. I recommend The Westshore at this location. I have never had an issue until today, but I won't hold that against them.
