I'll stick with the 1 instead of 0 because there has to be at least 1 clerk and 1 carrier that is halfway decent. The rest of the carriers are lazy and should be fired, as should be the post master, who lies straight to your face about the process. Lady, if you can't do the job, quit. The people of Harlem deserve better. The P.O. should be embarrassed at their lack of work ethics, and the main post office should be ashamed they haven't gotten in their and done route inspections and management inspection. People, start calling the postal inspectors, not the office with complaints, your voice is not heard there. Go above her.

Always friendly and prompt when we take in packages. They are doing the best job they can with their resources.

You cannot get a phone number that goes directly to a post office. This is ridiculous.

I find my experience with home delivery and also interaction at the US Post Office to be very good. I enjoy my interactions and find the team professional and skilled. Our home delivery rep is respectful of my husband's daytime sleeping hours and does not ring the door bell when she leaves a package. I am happy to see her when I am out and about in Harlem.

I don't know who the new postal carrier is this date is September 19th 2018. But this mail carrier for the last month-and-a-half has not delivered any packages to my home because they couldn't get them in my little bitty mailbox supposedly. Whatever happened to delivering a package to the front door the package is not heavy. the last package they put in my mailbox I had to use a screwdriver because they wedged it in there so bad I couldn't get it out.

Mail is continuously delivered to the wrong houses. Also, I had a package delivered that obviously would not fit into the mailbox! However, whoever delivered mail yesterday (5/21/18) decided to force it into the mailbox. I called the post office today & I was told, “well, they must have thought it would fit.” The packaging itself was even damaged... So, you can’t tell me that whomever delivered thought it would fit! Now, I’m unable to resale the textbook once I am finished with it at the end of the semester... and for those of you who may not know, textbooks are definitely not cheap!

The postal worker that services my neighborhood off county line rode hit my dog. It is posted to drive 25 MPH and she goes about 50mph EVERYDAY. She has almost ran over a couple children as well as other animals. She takes packages to the wrong house and drops mail in the road. Complaints have been made but nothing had been done. I will be getting a PO box and I'll be damned if I see the truck in front of my house again.

The 800 number is useless because none of the options fit my situation. I will have to drive 7 miles to my local post office to find out why my outgoing mail from 4 days ago has not been picked up and why we have not received any mail since November 2. I am having a hard time not losing my cool!

Glad we have a new post office, just wish they had put a drive up mail box, I think all post office should have a drive up box.
