Order was right but fries were extremely cold. Women working drive thru was very rude to other employees and kepted complaining about how she didn't want to be there and they should shouldn't have came out of retirement to work there. Her attitude really made me not want to go here again.

The GM (I think, but the manager on our shift) at this Hardee’s is phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make us happy and truly enjoys her job; it’s obvious. She is the true epitome of outstanding customer service! Very very impressive! Thank you!!

I have personally not had a bad experience with this place. There is a girl who works the drive thru sometimes and she has green in her hair.. and she’s thorough and nice. Food came out fast and fresh thanks!

The only thing decent about this place was the fries and sprite. The Frisco was the most disgusting thing I have ever had, took 2 bites and threw it back in the bag. Have ate MREs that are 5 years old that were better then that food, waste of money.

It was an awesome experience, the order was wrong not once but three different times. The manager was extremely rude when I ask for a refund on a cheeseburger that was wrong on two different occasions.

0 stars -. Box burger came in soaked with grease so bad that it came apart on the bottom in the bag. Fries cold & hard -.We were repeat customers but too many messups there & orders not been correct several times- always have to drive up even when no vehicles behind us, like this afternoon. Didn't order a 1/4 cup of grease/oil with our meal!

I guess they are good. All I get is the Frisco and Large Sweet tea. Friendly staff. The Frisco is awesome and the tea is as close to Southern as I can find.

The burger was overcooked and lacked a decent amount of ketchup. I don't recall a time when I've had to ask for "heavy ketchup" on a burger from a fast-food restaurant. The good takeaways were that the fries were fresh and the soda was good. It's likely I won't return. It was an expensive visit (fed two people for almost $20) and had to work to make my burger edible once I made it home.
