Ms. Jackie was very very nice to me. She helped my husband on Saturday. He could not get approved but I returned on Monday to try & help. Help to make our new home transition smoother. Anyway her personality Never swayed. She was still very helpful kind pleasant & a breath of fresh air. Customer service these days are hard to come by.
