While visiting relatives at the Delray Villas, I ended using this Walgreens multiple times. They came to my rescue more than once. I liked they way the store is set back from the streets with trees all around. It's like a business in a park.

I had my 4th moderna vaccine today. Chris the pharmacy manager is OUTSTANDING. I told him I was going to write a review. I called yesterday. He was so helpful. Today he was knowledgeable prompt KIND and TOTAL A TRUE PROFESSIONAL. I will go back here for all my pharmacy needs. Thank you. Chris. .

The pharmacy here has the rudest most inconsiderate people working for them. After my monthly medications get filled I will be switching over to CVS. Goodbye Walgreens.

Disgusting people work at the pharmacy. They talk down to you and you are a number not a person. I have never had a pharmacy be this bad in 4 decades of my life. Find another Walgreens. Skip this one.

I went yesterday to get my Prescription from my mom cholesterol. I was informed that the refill date wasn’t yesterday so That they couldn’t do an automatic refill because their system might do an error so I had to come back tomorrow so I can wait 20 minutes to get my prescription I said that’s fine so I came back today . Mind you I understand it might be a stressful job to get our prescriptions but then again customer service is always key the lady that was there was super rude. The pharmacist Informed me that my insurance want me to mail it instead of picking it up in person so I could even get my prescription I honestly wish they were more transparent and more informative of what’s going on when it comes to medication because medication is something that’s shouldn’t be played around with when it concerns someone life . They seriously need to work on their customer service and communication .Also they never pick up the phone anytime they transfer you to the pharmacy so even if I didn’t wanna waste my time and I could’ve called they never pick up the phone. I wait until it rings and then it hangs up on me every time ridiculous

Pharmacy is horrible, rude and not helpful at all I stood at the window while everyone ignored me as if I was invisible another white older male walked up and they jumped right to the window to help I then said I have been standing here at least 10 minutes and know one acknowledge me at all then he said come over to the other window. Not apologizing at all just rude and said he is busy and might not get my medicine ready for today. I then explained I am all out and I need it for tonight it is very important for me to take my medicine. He then said well like I said I’ll try. I will not be using Walgreens Lake Ida and Jog ever again . Very unhappy customer.

The pharmacist Rez is a liar and refused to tell me the truth about my prescription that I was supposed to pick up. Another Walgreens pharmacy tec states that another pharmacy had my prescription and had it in stock, which the same pharmacy that i had left because I thought they may have been lying to me about not having my prescription ready.

Incredibly inefficient staff. I went here with a prescription to be filled and left after 40 minutes. There were three people ahead of me and the two people working at the pharmacy were so slow it was incredible. When questioned about their speed they said they could not be rushed. I am not exaggerating. Go get your prescriptions filled at the super nice and efficient Publix in the same shopping center instead.

I went to this Walgreens and I was followed and spied on when I went to go shop. The employee left what they were doing just to go profile me: making sure I was not shop lifting just because of the hue of my skin. Full disclosure I have nothing on my criminal record. I am reticent of the difficulty related to making an honest day's wages. Subsequently, needless to say I earn what I have and am strongly against theft. Does being of a different ethnicity and wearing a black and white shirt justify being profiled? I'm not bringing my business here anymore. It only takes one unethical practice against a customer to lose additional customers and have sales revenue decline. If you are of a different ethnicity other than Caucasian, take your business elsewhere, there's a high probability you will be profiled. Don't go this Walgreens located at the Shoppes of San Marco 13950 Jog Road, West Delray Beach, FL 33446.
