I myself don't shop at Kohl's often. I use their customer service for Amazon returns. Their CS department is helpful and friendly and a portion of the Amazon returns customers receive instant Kohl's cash. Their good folks

What can I say, kohl's has always had cheaply made clothes ... they should be a discount store. It is no wonder they are struggling to stay open as a chain retail store.

I used to love to buy my dress clothes and ties from Kohl's. Now it's absolutely terrible! The got rid of all of the dress clothes except for a sad few over priced items. The store that was always busy with shoppers is now empty. It's in total disorder and I have decided to cut all ties. Macy's, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales you have my business now. Good buy Kohl's, I wish it hadn't ended like this.

Place was a ghost town. Couldn't find employees then the 2 we did didn't know where slippers were ,I found a cashier to help who was very sweet. Personally never going back

I love bringing my Amazon returns here because Kohl’s gives me a $5 Kohl’s cash to spend. And you can always find something you want at Kohl’s. Once I had no time to shop but was hungry and there was some delicious chocolates right in front of me. So I asked? Can I use my Kohl’s cash on the chocolates? She said Why yes!

Awesome I used my kohl's cash and bought a lovely hat. It's so pretty can't wait to wear it. The cashier was so nice. I still have money left too spent. Kohl's is a great store!

Disappointed in selection. No men's jeans to choose from or shirts. Basically graphic tees shirts more for teens. Women's selection was disappointing also. The only reason I gave two stars was good service. Cashier was actually very nice and friendly.
