Got a new set of four tires destination le3 I've had the same tires for 5 years never any problems. The store in Boynton Beach Military and Boynton Beach Boulevard they're very busy so I would schedule an appointment but it's very good service

What a terrible shop! I wish nothing but the worst for every person that works here. They put garbage rotors on my car. Within a month I could hear noise. Firestone admitted that the rotors they put on were bad, but said I needed to replace the calipers. The building is full of liars.

Had three appointments for an oil change Through the app called to confirmed one said call the store which I did all three were denied by the store stating the computer appointments don't come into the store and they had already been overbooked I could leave my car they might be able to get to it . the gentleman at the counter was extremely rude demeaning and sarcastic . No customer service skills whatsoever The last appointment was at 10 AM on Saturday morning when I called Thursday to confirm They told me the same thing they could not guarantee to do my car even with an appointment at 6 PM Saturday night I received the confirmation of the appointment in my email which to store denied. They used to take care of my car every 3,000 miles I've been a faithful customer not any longer the store is horrid and unprofessional period. I don't recommend the store to anyone . So disappointed

Called this location, was put on hold for about 10 minutes. I asked about a FULL engine tune-up & the cost range. Was told $700, that being said the person on the phone was AWFULLY RUDE & did not ask me any details about my vehicle. (Only spark plugs were mentioned.) Based of previous reviews, do not bring your business here. It seems like the work done here is not genuine.

I really hate it when a business tells you an hour wait , and an hour goes by and nothing has been done . I understand they are busy but tell the truth about time. very nice employees , but I'd make an appointment next time . My visit today was an emergency .

Fantastic Experience! I was hesitant to go after reading the 1 star reviews, but decided to go anyway. I was replacing tires and afterall, that's what Firestone does ... so I took a chance and am SO HAPPY I DID! Spoke to Charles on the phone he gave me prices that were close to what I received online after doing my research, he told me about the sale they were having and to wait until Saturday. SAVED ME $300!!! He also said bring in the prices you got and well match it, and they absolutely did! I was prepared to drop my car off and wait till days end, as was told. Rob the Mgr. who was very straightforward said you had an appointment we will get you out as soon as we can... Car was done in TWO HOURS! They, just like ALL car shops and even the Dealership ask if you had certain things had been done according to your mileage and I knew they all had been done so I was good to go! They were slammed every bay with double cars, They must be doing something right?

I got an oil change at this location 03/21/22 at 11:30 am with an appointment and told me my car wouldn’t be serviced until end of day. Came back on 3/22/22 to pick up my vehicle and they had left my driver side door unlocked parked in a spot facing military trail and my vehicle was broken into. Items damaged and stolen and the staff could careless. They literally did absolutely nothing but told me to call the cops and they walked away. I called PBSO and Firestone’s corporate office. PBSO said that this isn’t the first time that this has happened at this location. They have no cameras on property and they have no intentions of installing them. With all that being said I wouldn’t suggest anyone get their car serviced by them at all. Instead you should try PRONTO TIRES in lakeworth. They are respectful of your property and you can get in and out of there with out an appointment in 20-45 minutes tops. Not only that they are very reasonably priced, you won’t spend 88.00 on a synthetic oil change . And yea they still charged me after everything is all said and done. They don’t deserve anyones business! So update on the status! Their insurance broker decided not to take my claim because firestone is not held liable for anyones property if they are to leave their car on Firestone’s property over night. How can you tell someone to leave their property over night, but if something happens it’s not on us that is bull! I definitely don’t ever suggest anyone do any business with Bridgestone or Firestone they do not care about their customers they just want our money. I will be having my insurance company handle this one because if your not gonna pay me you will pay with your time and time to me is more precious than money.

I’m giving this location one star in hopes some training in customer service will occur for this shop. Customer service is so bad via telephone and in person for one guy in particular his name maybe Rich, he’s tall with a cane. This man has the mood of “oh well” when it comes to interacting with customers who want to get work done. His demeanor is so negative it makes you want to turn on your heels and head out the door halfway through the conversation. Lacks emotion and flat affect. The younger guys should be the ones in the front they have more life. If you all cannot accommodate people without appointments SAY SO! Don’t have people walk in with some hope and tell them they need to leave their car their the whole day ! That’s not feasible for everyone. This location is very very busy and that’s because their work on the vehicles is good for the most part. But let’s be real, superb customer service would excel this place even more. The customer service is what keeps people coming back. I was so turned off by the customer service I didn’t even schedule a service with this shop in efforts not to get high blood pressure. This is a local shop that some people have no choice to go to, so please get some customer service training. The time you find to respond to reviews should be used to get together some training classes and observations from corporate.
