Everything was very good, they have good salads, chicken fingers, and sandwiches. Never disappointed. The sides are good, the only thing we didn't care for was the fried pickles.

I got my order took I’m the drive through, A coworker that goes by destiny was super nice to me and treated me so well !! So was super friendly and had a positive attitude towards her other customers

Buffalo garlic blaze is there it’s at! Great chicken, great sauces, good coleslaw but the fries aren’t always crispy 😭

Waited 35 minutes for ‘fast food’ (6 finger plate with fries- nothing extravagant). Ordered at 8:06pm, received food at 8:41pm 😖 Gave 2 stars because I’m thankful the food was correct BUT I think someone needs to check on this location’s employee training and speed of service. Drive through is wrapped around the building, not moving. Inside, several people are waiting for their order that was placed 30+ minutes ago and this includes online order pickup - they’re still having to wait. The girls from the drive through are playing on their phones because the kitchen staff is too slow in putting out food. This location is always busy, so I expect a little wait. But not more than 30 minutes for an order in store or in the drive through.

Food was great. I feel for the workers. They seemed under staff. But that's everywhere since Covid. Restaurant was clean and the food hot.

The staff was extremely friendly and patient with my family as everyone needed time to decide what they wanted to order being from ct/ nyc they haven’t had zaxby’s before and the restaurant was clean which is always a plus.

What a nice pleasant lunch stop. Good food, fast service, and fair pricing. The interior is nicely decorated with plenty of seating and room. And they passed an inspection by Osceola County Fire Department while we there.
