Well Popeyes has been one of my favorite food places. The chicken was very tasty..done well and we enjoyed every last bit of them. Mmmm. Sumptuous! Service was good and the staff was so nice, polite and personable.

If I could say ZERO stars that’s what it would be!! Because I knew there has been labor shortages and I ordered a 12 piece meal, sides and sandwiches I placed my order ahead of time and gave the restaurant 45 mins before I came up to get the food. When I checked in through the drive through as was told I was asked to wait in the space and my order would be brought out to me. After 15 more minutes of not getting my food I finally walked in, there were 5 people visible employees, that included a manager, one person ahead of me in line who was already getting their order given to them - I said to the person at the register - I placed an order an hour ago and it’s still not been brought to me….he can’t find it….he looks it up again in their system, the order was checked off already like it was delivered but he found all the chicken in their holding spot. The manager doesn’t say anything, the guy getting my food chuckles and says sorry for the wait as he hands me the food. I’m so irritated at this point I just take the bag and leave. I get home, 8-10 mins away and my family starts to grab food and that’s when we realize we are missing both sides and the biscuits for the 12 piece meal. I call the store and tell them I’m sending my son up to get the food y’all forgot because I can’t even at this point….they get to the Popeyes and do you know what - A DAMN COP WAS THERE!! Like are you for real??!!?? This is the second time with this location, I tried to come back because I know it’s been hard with labor shortages but there is no excuse when you are NOT busy, at all and this is how your manager and employees do customers?! Done!!!

I ordered through Uber Eats, three meals, and when my food arrived we only received one sandwich, everything else was missing. I called and they offered to replace the whole order because they forgot to bag everything else for the driver. I was upset I paid for delivery and wasn't reimbursed for it. But I accepted getting dinner there another day. I went in 2 nights later and the origional manager that said he would replace my order, wasn't there. Another manager that was there didn't believe that my WHOLE order needed replaced and gave me push back about getting my food. She finally let me order ans replace my missing food but asked if I could pull forward away from the drive thru window and wait in a parking space. After waiting 20 minutes I pulled back around and asked if it would be much longer as I had two children in my car. Another 10 minutes later I finally get my food from the manager. They were slow, never communicated, and very rude.

A team that works for success! A word from a life-long Popeye's customer: this is one of the best Popeye's I've ever visited. I come every Friday to get high-quality food and superb service. Keep the good work up!

I've never have had a problem at any Popeyes. Today was the first time. My order was completely wrong. Food was cold. They forgot my pies. Was home already and due to the rain the decided not to go back. Don't know when I'll be back here again, at this one.

This was our second time visiting a Popeyes restaurant. We used counter service st this one - attempted to use is a better term. We were the only ones in the lobby with one car in the drive through. There were 5 staff that we saw. One person was at the front counter when we came in, saw us, didn't greet us, finished arranging things on the counter and went to the back. The person at the window, peeked around and said hello. The other three staff including the shift manager ignored us for 8 minutes. We didn't comment, just stood quietly waiting for someone to help while we contemplated leaving. Everyone one of the staff looked at us and continued to ignore us. Finally, the shift manager assisted us with our order. We were polite, didn't comment on the wait and just placed our order. We ordered chicken tenders and a sandwich with extra sauce. That was a mistake. The sandwich literally had a quarter cup of sauce dumped into it. The little bag they put ther sandwiches in was literally half full of sauce. Worst place ever, will never return to this location.

I was told the biscuits were fresh but when I got home to sit and enjoy my meal! My biscuits were hard as a rock! Disgusting! I didn't want to go back and complain because then they will give me attitude and I will not be able to trust what they give me after I complain.

Can’t count 8 pieces of shrimp. They are so illiterate and inept. Ordered online to be picked up before 11 pm according to their own site, got there about 9:50 pm; silence at the speaker. Drove to window, yelling they are closed and informing us they close at 10 pm. But what about our order?? We were told we’ll have to figure out how to be refunded. Wrote to customer service, Jessica was quick to respond with an apology and hope we would give them another chance. I foolishly did the next day. Placed an order to be picked up in the drive thru. Got there, was told it was too busy, I had to come inside. There was an Uber eats driver, one car in the drive thru and no one else in sight. But it was SO BUSY. And the dummy couldn’t count 8 shrimps and put SEVEN shrimps for two separate orders!! HORRIBLE & REEKING OF COMPLETE STUPIDITY.

I love Popeyes as do my grandson. The food is good, however, one particular time I went, I guess they were short staffed. It seemed that the person taking the orders was the same person cooking and filling the orders also taking the money at the window. I don't know if that is possible but I take my hat off for multitasking like that. Oh yeah she forgot my biscuits.🤔

Horrible experience. Staff ignored us in drive through lane, had to go inside. Food was laying in racks to be packaged and staff just walked around looking at phones and stuff instead of taking care of peoples orders. Person who ordered behind me got their meal the same time I did, not sure how that happens. So all in all we had a terrible time there. How does one go to a completely empty Popeyes and get food 25 minutes later. Worst experience at one of these restaurants ever. Oh and they gave me the wrong meal!!!
