Here's the issue. From the manager to most of the associates except two are constantly rude and always on the phone at the register. They look mad or upset on a daily basis.

The staff there is very rude and disrespectful I go last week to buy a cup of coffee and was told the total was 15 dollars……I ask why and the female attendant has a rude attitude and says that’s the total…..mind you no manager on duty to fix issue If they don’t like there job they need to close down Plenty of other 7 elevens around with more respectful staff

Must be the same woman working there. She was rude to the two customers in front of me. They said thank you several times, quite loudly the second time around. I said hello. No answer. Then she tries to make me pay for3 Red Bulls, when I had 2. I swipe the card and ask, “Do I need to get another?” She says “I’ll explain everyone always say that.” First she tells me “it the discount for the two”. Then when I go to leave. She says” are you getting that other Red Bull? If not, I’ll drink it”. Oh really? So you’ll charge me for it and drink it. I wonder how MANY people she has done that to. Wish I could report then to corporate.

I had a terrible experience in this place. I was mistread by the attendant, just because I ask a question. I'm not american and It was my first time fuelling my car in a american gas station. It's so different im my country. I didn't know how it works. After fuelling the car, I asked the attendant about how get the difference, cause I payed 20 but my fuel tank gor filled with 18. The attendant was so rude and mannerless, yelling and asking me were "I were from to ask a so idiot question". I said him that he must be more patient, because he was working in a turistic city and he just ignored me. If you who reads this review is the manager of this place, be aware that one of your employees is a distempered person who don't deserves to be in contact with your customers. I don't know the name, but this attendant who was in duty in sunday, feb-06-22, between 10 pm and 12m pm, more or less.

Solid 2.5 stars. They are improving though and could easily be 3.5 stars. The coffee n tea taps are a unique plus, especially the NITRO infused selections. I tried the nitro infused cold brew coffee. It came out of the tap very nicely but the taste needs work. Attention 7-11; please don’t sit back and allow these taps to flop. Get some taste testers. Please tweak the recipes so that they succeed. This is a high grade idea. Some areas, like the ice dispenser, are a mess. See pic. A number of protein n dairy drinks were out of stock. See pic. Overall the store is clean. Service was fast but no personal touch.

I came inside this gas station and told the girl with cruley hair about the drinks in the soda machine . she tells me the machine is fine but i think the filters are dirty. I told her the soda taste flat she says everthing fine and has a nasty attuide and she's very rude. She don't need to work there if she hates her job. Some one needs to address this issue. The guy at the counter with the glasses seems to not want to help to check the machine Or care, a inspection needs to be done hear those filter need to be check on the soda machine.

I came into the store today and bought a drink I ask the young woman if I can poor out my drink while I wait for 2 pizzas and then put some more soda in the same cup the male employee started swearing and waving the pizza cutter in customer faces on top of he took the customer hotdog slammed it on the counter then picked it up put it in the customer face while swearing through the hotdog in the garbage continue to swear at the customer then called the police because I asked for my money back and didn't want anything from the store he said rudely that he wouldn't refund my money told me and my so which is only 11 years old and husband to get out of the store. I then asked for the number to corporate office and he said he doesn't know it go online
