Sign out front said 4.89 for diesel. Went to pump and it’s 5.09. Went in and asked why and they didn’t tell me and they would not honor the advertised price!!!! A scam to bate people to their pumps Yet the gas prices are correct!!!! Imagine that 23 gallon that’s .20 a gal adds up ESP in these times

This store is trash. The workers need to be replaced with one's that have good customer service skills. The store was not properly stocked and when asked a question they feel like they are bothered. The female needs to be either retrained or fins a new career. She has no skills but to argue with customers.

I just bought Frozen yogurt for my kids thinking that they accept EB T for it but they do not and We were charged $5.35 each for topping with the yogurt.. And as well the frozen yogurts were not all available just only 1 Orange dispenser and 1 Blueberry that's it 😮💨😒

I’m not understanding what is happening with RaceTrac. They used to have awesome customer service, clean stores and well managed. Now they are in a lower class than 7-11. Stores shuts down for the night when they advertise as 24 hours, bad service, bad attitude, disgusting stores and the latest…. Today I purchased almost $20 in goods and when I asked for a receipt (for my checkbook), was told they couldn’t print receipts. Then shut the store down! This is a basic of running a retail store. Also, not sure how their rating is at 4.0 with so many bad reviews?

Terrible customer service. Pump 2 was leaking gas everywhere so I figured we should go inside and let them know. Went inside and the girl at the counter said nothing, no greeting, no response, just yelled for someone else in the back. So I went on my way. Guess I shouldn't have wasted my time.

This is the worst gas station ever. They run out of products all the time. Their machines are always broken. They close the store on a whim. Too many other good gas stations in the vicinity to waste time or money at this location

I came by this afternoon, and a young lady took care of me I believe her name was “Debbie”? Not sure but she has glasses and dark skin color. I approached her to buy some gas and she didn’t even greet me, neither Tell me the amount of my purchase. Gave me attitude and didn’t even say “have a good day”. I don’t like how there isn’t a good customer service in this place. How they don’t communicate with guest and just take their order. It is unprofessional of the staff to treat guests that way, especially if they no longer work there. They made my wife really uncomfortable. You guys need to work on that. It is not the first time I see it, or been treated like that. I’m really upset. Check more often on your staff members, especially the young lady who took care of me and her coworkers as well.

SAFETY ISSUE Today Friday 6/25/21 @ 7:45 pm, we found water at floor and we talked to an employee with navy blue shirt about it ( trying to avoid any accident or incident with customers) and the guy cleaned the floor with attitude ; after that we were preparing some hotdogs and we noticed that the tomato at hotdogs area was in a bad condition, it had fungus. At the moment to pay all my articles, we mentioned to the cash register guy ( the navy blue shirt’s coworker) about the situation with the tomatoes and he didn’t really care, and had attitude too. They have a very bad customer service at that place. Corporate has to take action with this guys in this shift, they are so bad and incompetents employees for this company. It is a safety issue.

This is the 2nd time in less than a week this store has been temporary closed. I like the convenience because it’s literally right across the street from my job, but this is ridiculous. Y’all need to stop advertising your open 24hrs when y’all not.
