You want to go where everybody knows your name, and their always glad you came. That is the staff at Brookshire Brothers #25. They are the friendliest people you ever want to meet. When you are sick, they make you feel better before you even get to take your medicine with their true feelings of concern for your well being. Thank you so much ladies and gentleman. Only reason I'm giving a star is because I cant comment without giving one. Anyone to be spoken to as hateful and mean especially by the Pharmacist as he just spoke to me should be unethical for his job. I wouldn't even allow him around the meanest of animals! This man made fun of and degraded me as I was exlaning how covid has effected our family financially, my medications are so expensive as they are, and it's my yougest Birthday this month too. So for the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, I did not get my full perscription this month. The doctor explained to me that I could pay as my husband got paid so maybe that would help with this months costly expenses. Not to mention it's back to school time, which is a huge cost that many of us strugle with during this time of year. This pharmacist was so busy insulting me when I was asking the price and the amount, he told me for the rest of my medication he'd charge me for a full month. He said he'd do that to me because other people that buy their meds 2 times a month or more are DRUG ADDICTS that are just trying to get a free script out of the year. I then explained again that this was the first time I've ever done this and I only did it because of my youngest daughter's birthday and school starting this month with the extra expenses. I said all I want is my perscription, no discount and hugs, just my meds. He then said he'd give it to me only at a certain date because druggies only need their script a few times through out the month. I explained I wasn't a druggie, I wasn't trying to get a discount or a free month, and that I wasn't doing anything malicious. I just told him there was no way 20 pills equaled to 160 dollars. He said the only way if I wanted my perscription would be if I paid full price for the remaining 20...He knew that was not reasonable and that he was just being as rude and disgusting as possible. Until he had to have the last word and slammed the phone down on me. I strongly urge Women, the sick and elderly stay away from this pharmacy! Brookshire Brother's Gaslight. This man is disrespectful and very unprofessional. He shouldn't have this job. There are people accross the street that bust their butts cutting chicken heads off to barley make it for a living. While he's in air conditioning, sitting there until maybe 6:00 pm being rude and vile to a young disabled mother. He's definitely not professional at all!!! There's no mother alive that would be alright with her son being so rude, and no man on this planet would let this pharmacist be so disrespectful to a disabled mom that was just trying to get the last of her medication. So after he gave me a panic attack another Brookshires helped right away and apologized for the self righteous pharmacist that knew it all. It still doesn't make it right for how he spoke to me and handled the situation. Funny thing is that i was going to start using this place that actually hires these jerks. They aren't getting my business and hopefully if you want to be treated like a decent human you wouldn't ever go here and waste a penny to go into this Jerk's pocket!
