My husband just went to get a haircut here and it was the worst haircut we have ever seen. He asked for a simple haircut and he left with a big bald spot, the hair wasn't trimmed around his ears, and long hairs in random spots. We do not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolute worst haircut my husband has ever had. He asked for a simple fade and it looks like the building caught fire and everyone was evacuated before she could finish his hair. It looks so terrible. He would have been better off trying to cut it himself... or asking our 2 year old. Would NOT reccomend. Service: Haircut

I have always been pleased with the service and the hair cuts I’ve received here. I especially like that they keep notes in their system of how you like your hair to be cut and the guard # so I don’t have to remember each time. They are also informative of the products they use on you and offer it to purchase without trying to make a hard sale. I have recommended them before and will do so again. Signed in about 7 pm on a Friday. There were 2 people ahead of us so we went to get a drink(there was an estimated 30 minute wait time). At 7:31 pm I began calling the store to let them know we would be returning in a few minutes. However they apparently don't know how to tell time because as of 7:40 pm they closed...which they referred to as 8 o clock. When I asked why nobody answered the phone when I called the response I got from the employee was, "who cares, we must not have heard it ring!" I honestly cannot believe someone in a service industry could act like that to a paying customer. Incredibly disappointing. Service: Hairstyling
