Very disappointing! I have placed my faith in the pharmacy to fill my children’s medications for years. After multiple “mistakes” over the years I have decided to part ways. With all the hands behind the counter I don’t understand why there are so many errors and misinformation given directly to clients who trust them to give the right information and correct medication.

Professional, friendly people , usually not much of a wait getting a prescription filled...have been a customer here for years.

My names Danyelle Ashcraft and I’ve used this pharmacy and his other pharmacy in tyler called brickstreet pharmacy in Tyler for a few years now and when I tell you they are absolutely AMAZING people I mean it! Their very family oriented and have s as Leah’s treated me and my family like we were their family. I didn’t realize he was the same pharmacist I used in Tyler or id of been using them when I moved to lufkin 8 months ago lol FIVE + STARS GIVEN!!!

I have been going here for years. They have always been pretty good to me. They have there bad days just like anywhere else. But I reay like the delivery. Mark is awesome and really does to earth. If he ever has a bad day it never shows. I am so thankful for their delivery service. All these 1 star ratings all I can say go try one of the big chain pharmacies then you might change your mind.

Just started with this pharmacy, because I have heard great things about the people and service. My experience has not been so pleasant. Rude employees at front counter, pharmacist could not give me info on how to take my new med, they were not familiar with it. It's really difficult having to purchase maintenance meds, that require multiple visits to the pharmacy each month......just to be met by cranky, rude personnel who disregard the fact that you are a paying customer, obviously have health issues, and is stressed by the high price of medicine! No compassion, human kindness, or appreciation for doing business with them. I'm praying God delivers me from my illnesses, so I don't have to encounter rude people.....I try to avoid any thing or person that disrupts my peace of mind.

Unfriendly, rude, bothered staff. I unfortunately have to deal with this pharmacy every month because they’re the only pharmacy in lufkin that does compounded medicine. Sandy, who often answers the phone, could not sound less interested, less bitter or more bothered. it truly makes my already painful experience of having to take life saving medicine, even more the unpleasant. not only that, but on several occasions they have forgotten to order my medicine, making me miss doses. It’s so hard to not be frustrated, and i’ve chalked it up to “they’re just having a bad day” so many times. i’m sick of it.

I'm giving a 1 star for the reason of the pharmacy not doing their job. They don't wear masks right, can't seem to know anything and have to talk to the whole pharmacy till someone is able to locate or find out if meds are even ready. Get no phone call or any notification of when meds are ready. Been dealing with pharmacies for over 10 years now and Abelt's is by far the worst. I rather the crack pharmacy I had back in Galveston over this work of art.

This pharmacy seems to always have my families medication in stock, however they are very unorganized when it is time to pickup or drop off medication for my family and customer service is a hit and miss every time I have visited. When I have tried to reach by phone on multiple days and times for various reasons, I have had to call multiple times before I could get anyone on the line. I use both delivery and pick up options. The lines are very long at times for pickup and depending on who is delivering, they bang on the door, unnecessarily; disturbing all in the household. There has been times, I have been missing called in prescriptions and have been told staff forgot to key it in or that they forgot to fill it or send it out for delivery. The only thing I truly like about this pharmacy is that they have my families medication, in stock, but weighing the pros and cons I’m starting to think it may be worth the wait for another pharmacy to order my families medication verses always having to ask them to correct their errors due to staff or system. I’m just very disappointed that organization has not gotten better with time.😕

My son is a Burke Center client. The communication between the pharmacy and them is horrible. I have a problem every time it comes to get his medicine refilled. I didnt have these kind of problems before. I change to them because the Burke Center dealt with them with some other medicine of my son.. You can't ever get anyone on the phone with a question. The wait time in the drive thru is long. I will be changing pharmacies.
