I took my 9 year son for a blood work and the person who did the test was so rude I think her name was Emely. Find another job if you don’t have patience to deal with people.

It was by far the best lab experience I’ve ever had. In and out in 15 minutes. Staff was super friendly. The phlebotomist had a vial filled before I even realized the needle was in my arm.

I should have turned around and left right from the start. The phlebotomist who call me into the office did so with an annoyed tone to her voice. I followed her into the room and placed my water bottle onto the "her" table and was abruptly told "take that water bottle off my table." There wasn't anywhere to place my things so I held my bag and bottle in my lap. Next, she proceeded to scold me for not making an appointment. When I explained that I had made an appointment on line she argued with me as if I was lying. Then, I explained that I have gone to three other Quest labs in the last two weeks and each unsuccessfully got my labs completed. She then scoffed at her colleagues lack of skills as if they were incompetent. She was so rude and unprofessional that I asked her if I should leave. I told her she seems annoyed or angry with me and I wasn't sure why. She said she wasn't and that I should stay. I am a cancer surviver and have had more lab tests done than I can count. I was obviously there because I am having health issues and she showed no compassion at all. Instead of making a rather stressful situation less stressful, she made it tens times worse with her tone of voice and poor attitude. She tried twice to get the blood but was unsuccessful as was her colleague with whom she called in to try also. Again, unsuccessful. At this point, I was so upset and stressed that I excused myself and left. In a world where you can be anything, be kind. This woman needs a lesson or two in compassion and empathy. Do yourself a favor and go to LabCorp.

When I brought my daughter, we got in pretty quickly as a walk in. The phlebotomist made my daughter feel comfortable, as she has a significant fear of needles. My daughter said it was the first time she's had blood drawn where she didn't feel the needle. Positive experience. The reason for the 3 star review is because of my son's experience. We had no wait,so that wasn't the issue. Although he's 17, he has always had a significant fear of needles. After expressing his fear, the same phlebotomist disparaged his fears, stating that "all men are babies". So, I guess men aren't allowed to have fear and emotions? How ridiculously antiquated is that? It's that ideology that perpetrates the toxic masculinity that continues to be ever present in today's day and age. My son is still a kid, after all, and is allowed to be fearful and not be insulted or demeaned for his feelings/fears. It doesn't make him any "less of a man". Her demeanor continued to be less than professional and lacking empathy and courtesy, especially when he took a little while in the bathroom to produce a urine sample. He ended up having trouble going, and the phlebotomist was visibly irritated in having to wait on him. I think we'll be going back to LabCorp again for any future testing.

It was my 9 year olds first time getting blood work. We were in and out super quick. The staff was amazing and my son said it didn’t hurt at all.

On 6-1-22 the required lab test was done by "Lori." Over the years, and there have been many; lots of fumbling attempts and failures to obtain blood samples. Not Lori! She is the most skilled lab tech I've ever met; she is expert, and pleasant, and has impeccable technique, skills and judgment. Thank you, Lori!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here!! They were so fast! I was in and out in 15 minutes and that included adding my information into the computer, taking 10 vials of blood, and payment. The nurse, Karmel, was nice and knew exactly what she was doing. I didn't feel the needle go in AT ALL. Easiest, best experience I've had with getting blood drawn. I will 100% go back if need be.

Very unfriendly staff. Seemed annoyed that I was there. I have been a nurse for 40 years and would never treat a patient or client that way. Kindness goes a long way these days. Maybe they should find a job where they don’t have to deal with people !

It was clean and nobody else was there so I got in quick but the lady who put my info into the computer kept shaking her head and tut tatting so I would know she was annoyed that I came in for my many blood tests ( which required one vial of blood)an hour before they closed. It took about 15 minutes. I kept getting turned around by my GPD because this location is in a really weird spot. I literally drove around 4 times before I got there and each time took me about 2 miles out of the way through 2 or 4 red lights in rush hour traffic. However since it wasn't their fault I was polite and pleasant. And got treated like an intrusion. My husband is in the hospital for heart surgery, I don't feel well, my dog has a UTI and people getting paid to be of service are rude to me. My advice- try another Quest. Update-Now I have come to drop off my 23 hour urine. Despite calling 2 days ago and being told by the recording that they would be open today, despite calling the recording again today, a slightly different, more encompassing recording again reiterated the fact that Quest would be open. Having driven here in temperatures in the teens, Quest is NOT open. This is not a post written due to extreme frustration. This is a post written to inform others who are, like myself most likely suffering from some form of disease or illness, therefore, not feeling well, only to discover they have left the warmth of their home, taken their dog with them, skipped a meal, made concessions to complete the testing, and found Quest closed. I have used Labcorp for years and never had an issue. My health insurance requires I come here. I will be sure to let THEM know the service ill clients can expect, clearly at this location, and also through the system they use to communicate with them.

I really cannot recommend this location. All of the staff are very friendly, but there is one technician I seem to end up with every time who is NOT gentle, at all. More than once she has stuck me with a needle and then dug around inside my arm to find my vein. Then when she can't find it, she switches arms and jabs around inside the other one, leaving me with two useless arms to the next few hours. At my most recent visit, she didn't even acknowledge me, she just walked in to assist the person inputting my insurance information, and all of a sudden there's a needle digging around inside my arm. No "Hello," no warning that she was going to poke me, nothing. I always feel like she is rushing when she draws my blood. It is a traumatic and painful experience every time. I won't be returning to this location again.
