I have to tell you, Zack went above and beyond with A+++ customer service and I am completely satisfied with my new cell phone. He was very courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable on the phone that I was interested in. He was also very knowledgeable on the deals and packages that I qualified for. I am very grateful for that. I will make this location my Verizon of choice even though it is a little out of the way for myself. I could not be more satisfied. Great work! And I thank you for that.

Sales woman Patricia seriously lacked customer service, felt like she could not be bothered. Would not answer questions about the functionality of features. When asked difference between two models stated "obviously one is bigger". When I asked about the difference in cameras stated , "I don't know. Well there is two of them." She encouraged me to go two other retailers. Is he had poor eye contact and was on her computer while talking to me. It was a very unwelcoming vibe. I left and went to Best Buy.

The sales department is very misleading. They sold me a phone and told me the second one would be $15. I asked multiple times how much my bill would go up and was told, "not much"... only to see my bill go up by $80. I am being charged full price for both phones. They also ADDED a like without my knowledge! I am paying an access fee for this 4th like as well. When I go in and talk to them the manager talks in circles.

Not helpful in continuing discounts. Staff nice enough but had to contact office and copy them on pay stub..it was easy enough to sign up at the store but renewal was a whole process designed to make you give up
