My husband and I went to this store to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon and we met with Paul. He is very pleasant and easy to talk to. He helped us out with every question we had and got us the best deal possible for us as well as a new phone. We happened at the store by chance even though we live like an hour and a half away. Despite that, any time I need anything, I will make the drive in a heartbeat since he is so good at what he does. Thank you!

I have been trying to switch to Verizon for quite some time now and have put it off because I thought it would be such a stressful process but Paul S at the brick Verizon made it a breeze. The hardest decision was picking out what color iPhone I wanted. He was able to set me up with the best of the best with everything and some amazing perks. He answered every question and thoroughly explained so I understood what I was agreeing too and didn’t make me feel less then for not knowing. I’m 100% sold on Verizon because of Paul’s great customer service and his ability to do an amazing job. Thank you again Paul!

Couldn't be more pleased with the service/help we received this week. Husband and I both needed new phones. Paul and Theresa were a huge help in the decision-making process by discussing phone choices and the best plan for each of us. Theresa took the time to properly move information/data to our new phones. Great attention to details, especially since I kept picking the wrong accessories for my new phone! The store's environment was professional and yet maintained a friendly and welcoming attitude. It was obvious that Paul and Theresa had a true "team" outlook when it came to helping customers. The store is kept clean, orderly, and clutter-free. Just based upon our time spent with Theresa and Paul, we would recommend this Wireless Zone to others.

I have had the most amazing customer service here! Paul helped me upgrade 3 phones from Android to iPhone and was able to get all of our pics, messages, and contacts transferred over without a hitch! He really took the time to listen to what my family needed (including a new phone for my 80 year old Uncle... not technologically inclined). He reached out to make sure Uncle Bob was able to use his phone and kept in touch with us throughout this process. I would go back to him any day if I need to upgrade or buy a new phone! I highly recommend him and this store. They were amazing!

Came in to upgrade my plan and Alex was super helpful and managed to lower my bill. When I went back to pick up my new phone, Paul was there to help transfer my old iPhone to the new one. It took awhile, but he was patient, offered helpful discounts, and got me a coffee while I waited! Great service all around this week.

They were extremely patient, friendly and knowledgeable! They did not make them feel uncomfortable with all the questions that they asked.
