We went to Lenscrafters at the Bridgewater Mall. Kim the assistant manager provided us with really great information about the different types of glasses for my son. We feel much more educated about our options, and really appreciate her assistance. Though she said we could speak to anybody when we come back, I would prefer to just work with her. She's very knowledgeable and friendly

I've been to many eye glass stores over the years including other LensCrafter stores. I went to the Bridgewater Commons Mall today and had the best experience at this store. The process was painless - fast and thorough. I would highly recommend - and my sales associate, Collin, was terrific!

Great customer service, eye exam very thorough, high quality technology. Hopefully my new glasses will stop my headaches. I now need to wear glasses full time, not just readers. The testing also revealed and highly recommended I need to see an optomologist for further analysis for early glaucoma.
