I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years. They’re always very busy, so at times, they may forget to smile and say have a nice day, but if I’m organized and call my RX in a day early, it’s always there when I need it. Also, it’s really close to home.

Some of the pharmacy employees are rude and treat their customers with contempt. Effective communication can be achieved without a boorish attitude/tone. Retail pharmacy jobs will probably be automated in the near future. It will just depend on big tech being better lobbyist than retail pharmacy employees.

Went against my gut after reading the reviews and man I wish I would have driven the extra few miles to another one. Lady was unhappy about giving me a wait time on my script. Just told me they will text me after I asked how long it would be and she didn’t seem to happy about telling me that much. Took forever to even get the script as well. Don’t go, heed the reviews.

“You’ll have to call your doctor, we never received your prescription” Take their 1.4 stars seriously!! They should be rated less but 0 stars is not an option. As a former pharm tech, I’ll tell you that some people just don’t pay attention and do things either in a rush or because they don’t feel like doing so. Don’t use this pharmacy & if you choose to, expect to not get an answer on the phone and expect to wait an hour if you actually go.

I miss riteaid, this has been my regular pharmacy for years before Walgreens bought them out and it ran great, and now since the Walgreens takeover it’s gone downhill rapidly. You can’t even call to talk to a pharmacist, the automated phone line just runs you in circles for a while until you get exhausted and give up. If I knew how to switch my prescriptions easily to another pharmacy I would

I wish I could give this a ZERO star...Absolutely the rudest staff working in a pharmacy that I have ever experienced. Please take my word on this. These employees are so demeaning and disrespectful towards customers. I’m not sure how the doors are still open. The level of disrespect these employees dish out towards customers has been going on for a very long time. I was hoping change would take place but it hasn’t! Take your business elsewhere. I finally did just that and I’m so much happier! Wish I would have done it sooner.

So rude!!! The Lady in the pharmacy this morning acted like I was diseased and couldn't be bothered by my request or question a out a product. Instead quickly tried to sell me a much higher prices item. Then was extremely contrary when I said "thank you for your time" and told her that her inventory is not updated online.

Arrived and turned in a prescription. The store is empty, no cars waiting in the driveup and 4 people in white coats hanging out (i.e. goofing off) in the pharmacy. Sat down to wait and a few minutes later one of the white coats said in a sarcastic voice "mam...it will be two hours before it is ready". Now I know way no one was there. I do not know why the same jerks are there this time as the last time.

I was so excited when Walgreens bought out Rite-Aid and it’s less than a mile from my house. Unfortunately the people who work here are super slow and I have waited for 20-50 minutes for a prescription. I’d rather go to the Airport/schillinger location that’s farther and out of my way for faster and nice service. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a prescription that was called in and ready for pickup. 🙄

The lady in the pharmacy is so incredibly rude! I wasn’t surprised looking at the reviews and seeing that most of them were complaints about how bad the customer service was in the pharmacy. I was honestly shocked. This location will not last long if they continue to hire employees that do not know how to be respectful to there customers.Take your business elsewhere.
