Update: 2022 It has changed. The customer service is horrible; not just this store, this is happening everywhere with new hires. The place does not feel clean, organized, and the selection/quality of shoes and the clothing looks cheaply made. If you go to the Nike store across the parking lot and then here, you'll feel the difference. Review : 4 years ago (2018) Customer service is amazing. The sales are awesome!!! My bf and I went when their was an additional 30% off, around back to school time and he walked out with 2 or 3 pairs and I walked out with a matching pair. The only thing I would say is the prices are high and not much selection. You have to go every 6 months or so.

There was only one sales person at the register plus AC was not on when it was 100 F outside. And when we needed help, obviously no-one was there to do so. A sales lady in the back where their warehouse is was yelling at us when we asked for help and also said leave if you want to then turned her back rudely. That store definitely needs to be managed properly otherwise with these behaviors of rude sales persons, they will shut it done soon.

Today i asked a worker to please do me a favor for foot measurement device and she totally ignored me said you need to wait after 20 minutes later i asked again she turned around with a face like saying you cannot scream at me we are 2 ppl working here which i did not scream on her and she was at the back office and doing nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

came from out of the country to visit family and go shopping, decided to take a look at this outlet center. while looking at clothes one of the female staff whispered a snarky remark to her colleague about my siblings- quote “that’s odd, why are they wearing that in this weather… it’s like x degrees out.” grow up. not only was i upset because this is a grown woman making remarks about others and what they’re wearing, but did it not cross your mind that it could be for a number of different things? religious reason? personal comfort? that is no way to talk about customers thinking no one will hear. fortunately i only heard and they didn’t, it would have been incredibly upsetting to hear someone laugh and talk about you as you’re trying to shop. terrible service at that since she walked basically right into me trying to get by while talking nonsense. teach your staff to have some manners. you can not be rude and think no one will ever catch you.

Store is extremly busy. Lots of customers. Shoe area is constanly in disarry, they have staff there restocking but it's a small area with lots of people trying on and buying shoes. Staff is not that helpful to customers.

I went out of my way to travel there. They're supposed to close at 9:30, but I got there before 9 and they were already closed. Multiple customers wanted to go in at the same time as me, so I guess they're costing the company a lot of money by closing early. The previous time I had been there they had a huge wait to pay, so this is my second and experience with them in a row now.

Very good place where you find a lot of nice adidas clothes for half of their real price... Their fitting room is a lil bit uncomfortable but overall is a great place.

If somebody returns an Ultraboost, you have the chance to purchase that almost dead stock UB for 50% off. They have various products for men, women and kids. From soccer jerseys, gloves, sweatpants to beanies, socks, shorts and shoe cleaners.
