My go-to spot in the whole mall, can really find some great deals if you look. Excellent staff if you need any help. Most hassle free fitting room that I’ve ever come across. Clothes are good quality.

I have to take this moment to give a huge shoutout of compliments to the Jcrew factory outlet at the Woodbury commons in NY. and the Jcrew factory employee of Bergen County, Paramus. I was at the Woodbury Commons outlet last week asking about a pair of pants that were out of stock. The staff was so accommodating to do whatever they could to get these pants for me. Staff member Carmela Felter of Woodbury, called all the neighboring JCrews and finally located a pair in Bergen county NJ. She went over and above what was expected of her. Leanna L , worked diligently with her over the phone (from the Bergen Towne Center Store, space 31, Paramus NJ) was also outstanding!!!!! She was so efficient and accommodating and kind, that my pants arrived by 3pm the NEXT DAY!!!!!! What great customer service!!! Bravo to these ladies, working as a team & supplying the best customer service During this busy time of year! I'm delighted and will continue to shop at JCREW!!!!

I came in with a purpose (because I’m a true fan of jcrew factory for 10+ years.) the front lady was able to show me exactly what I wanted. And the check out clerks cleans the equipment between each transaction. although this store was a bit sloppy. Piles of unorganized clothes, etc. I think the clerks were feeling the swing of being newly opened during a covid times.

The store was a bit of an unorganized mess. The experience doesn't even come close to shopping at a full price store, which is rather unfortunate for the brand as a whole. There was a long wait to make a single return. When I asked a few clarifying questions during the return process, the associate was not warm, friendly, or even very helpful for that matter. They really need to make some improvements.

Bigger than men’s store with everything 50% off in this holiday season. Prices are outlet store prices. They have limited on-sale clothes, basically, whatever they have, that’s it.
