I am absolutely frustrated w this place, I always tell about the good things of places but today is an exception, I came to print 1 one page I ended paying 5 dollars + , asking for help 3 times until I got Humberto off his cellphone and moved actually to help me and another lady, I left upset, no printed job , but mostly disappointed bc I hate to write these kind of comments, it was not the first time i was treated poorly here, but definitely the last one

Unacceptable and horrible service! I have made an appointment for fingerprints via the link my employer provided. I called to confirm and they said that the tech was not available. So much for an appointment! I then called again and they provided a specific time for me to go. Once I got there I was told the tech had left for the day. I just got off the phone with this location and was told that the fingerprinting machine is not working. This office does not represent the service UPS strives for. I have been inconvenienced numerous times. All a waste of time!

I needed to ship a package urgently to Canada and based on the tracking info online I can see this store took over 24hrs to create the label. Didn’t include the customs import information in the package that I provided and my package did not make it to the destination in time. It’s still not delivered and I have no updates on when it even will be after I was assured it would be delivered in 3 business days. Unprofessional and incompetent.

If you want poor customer service come here. If you don’t find another UPS store this place has gone to s**t since the previous owners sold it. The owner replies to this post and wants me to elaborate well sir have you seen all the other one star reviews. If your asking me to elaborate it very clear you need to spend more time at your store.

Worst experience, if I could, I would give them 0 stars. I sent a package to Peru, and when I was sending it, the guy helping me asked me how much it was. I didn't know, and I wondered if I could give an estimate. They said It was okay. I told them what I remembered briefly ( it wasn’t the exact price). Then the package arrived in Peru, and when it came, I had to pay a fee there that I wasn’t told about. I paid the fee hoping that finally, My family could l receive the gift I sent; well, My family there had to describe everything about the packege: price, brand and where it was bought. Information that I didn't even knew. They didn't put the information and they are told that they have to pay and penalty of almost 200$ that Is crazy money in Peru. they explain that is gift and they didn't know. then I receive a call from ups here that the penalty has to paid or they going to senthe package back, and I would lost the 500$ that I paid to send it plus the fee. I try to explain the the situation.the guy proceed to tell me repeatedly it was my fault because I didn't put the right price, but they told me they were ok with an estimate, and they didn't inform me that I need all that information, he told me that I have to pay in two days or I will lose my money, I would revicive my package back, in Peru they try to help me but they said I was ups estates issue. They refused to help me and fult me for information that they Keep from me. Plus, they blamed me the hung up on me too!

He is also the " manager "and I suspect the owner too, because only an owner would feel so comfortable in being so rude and openly tell me he needs to make money. Judging by the other reviews, it seems I am not the only one who dislikes this place.

This has to be the worst UPS store there is . Today we called with an issue and all we got was rude workers. Not only were they giving us attitude they hung up on us when we asked for their name . I will be writing a letter to corporate and making sure these “ workers” get reprimanded. If you do not want to work with customers you shouldn’t be in the retail business. I will make sure to escalate this issue because they shouldn’t have disrespectful people working for UPS

The employees discriminated against me for not wearing a face diaper, I literally had three letters, package slips filled and printed, and wanted a receipt for my records... No services were rendered to me, because; “you need to wear a mask.”, again...despite having a prepaid sticker on the letters, which only require scanning and handing me my receipt 😂. All I can say to anyone reading this review is; literally... don’t sip the kool-aid people. And most definitely give your money or service to a wholesome business that does not discrimate against their clientele, unlike these virtue signaling sheep. P.S. Two thumbs down 👎 👎

Well I didn’t use the computer u skipped over me a customer and didn’t check for my paperwork right away? Honesty FedEx is 11 cents ups on that same street towards Jersey city they BBC charge per paper printed. Save a bit of money and go elsewhere.

Associates must be transparent about pick up hours. They fail to tell you that packages are collected from their store only once a day at 7pm. If you need a faster service, look elsewhere or at least, ask them before you pay.
