I really don’t do reviews but this time is worth it, customer service in this particular store is beyond expectations, after driving around went to like 3 different stores to transfer my service to a new phone and nobody knew how to even talk to customers, everyone acting too busy or careless but then I found this place, immediately attention, checking waiting list with an estimate waiting time, very short considering its a busy day and staff very knowledgeable, i was help by this guy named JOSHUA R. And the whole process was like less than 5 minutes, that’s what I call skills, very professional, this is the meaning of real customer service, this gonna be the only t-mobile store I’m visiting from here now.

Good caring service. The workers really care and they each do their best to help everyone in the order of arrival. Hand sanitizer is available. They practice good social Distancing. Sharokee Robert were super professional.
