Filthy. Equipment all over the floor. Machines WAY too close to each other and are decades old and barely work. Look like high-school gym equipment that was donated back in 1970. Gym membership is way expensive So there's no excuse to not have up to date equipment. ~My

Every workout is set to each person’s needs and abilities. In the two years that I’ve been a member, I have seen my physical strength and mental well being greatly improve.
