Best gym in Plains, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Filthy. Equipment all over the floor. Machines WAY too close to each other and are decades old and barely work. Look like high-school gym equipment that was donated back in 1970. Gym membership is way expensive So there's no excuse to not have up to date equipment. ~My

Experience fitness is so much more than a gym. Kyle and his staff spend each day making sure every member is meeting their goals in the best way for each individual. Every workout is set to each person’s needs and abilities. In the two years that I’ve been a member, I have seen my physical strength and mental well being greatly improve. I would 100% recommend EF to anyone. ~Katie
