Over the years I have used plenty of storage areas. Anything from 10x10 with outside entrances inside entrances and little 5x5 boxes. But none of my experiences have ever compared to Extra Space Storage. When I first got my space approximately 2 years ago Sharon was the manager of this facility and she made my experience more than pleasurable. As a matter of fact the first time I called was New Year's Eve Eve and we chatted and talked and became friends from the very get-go and finally meeting face to face where I got to see this beautiful girl with an amazing energy that could make the sunshine during a thunder storm and I miss her to this day as she she's moved on. And along comes Raven. Raven has done the same for me from the very beginning when we first spoke she has been very polite very kind and has done everything she can to make my experiences pleasant as I can be. Even after some medical issues that I had earlier thIs year she not only made sure that my space was taken care of and kept everything safe but she also took the time to check on me and make sure that I was doing okay and to this day every time I call one of the first things she asked is how I'm doing and if things are okay. Both of these young ladies should be commended for the jobs that they do. In today's society it's a very hard to find customer service with a smile, a pat on the back, a kind ear to listen and even a hug . They are amazing at what they do and I only wish that every time I walk up to the counter at Starbucks or McDonald's I had one of them behind the counter to wait on me. Thanks girls you should both be very proud of yourselves and if I were you I'd be asking for a raise after this one. LOL.

The customer service here is great. Donald was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from the beginning of the process to assisting me with getting new keys for my unit. 10/10 I would send anyone to him!

Raven Ashmon was a huge help! She provided great care in showing which storage unit would be best for my current situation. Also, she provided many different options for preserving my items while they are stored! Truly a great experience!

My experience with Donald (manager) was beyond excellent. He was very helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond to help me. I thanked him over and over! If anyone needs helps with anything ask for Donald. Great customer service Donald! Keep up the good work.

I'm rather concerned with Raven's level of customer service as an assistant manager at this location. Not only does she lack regard for those who fight for her freedom, but she also lacks respect for the consumer. I've encountered technical troubles for months and there was no level of consumer service provided, no follow up after reporting my issue, or empathy. Instead I received a grossly condescending tone and was blankly told "THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM" when explaining I simply needed to get auto payment fixed because I'm deploying and did not want this to be a concern as I would be remote. I have NEVER been late, I have NEVER raised an issue here. I continue to pay my extremely high $350 dollars a month storage bill without any gripe. Raven's level of service was providing me with two numbers quickly followed by a hang up. The first number she provided routed me back to the main office (she hung up twice after saying I'm not sure why that number routed you back to me). She lacks lacks self discipline as it was displayed by her persistencly talking over me and not trying to understand my concern. My problem was ultimately solved, but I STRONGLY recommend training and coaching at the management level at this location. The behavior displayed on today's call is not acceptable and it's not okay. Do better.

Under pressure Raven, the assistant store manager, did an amazing job to get my families belongs to us. We appreciate her hard work! Because of her I will continue to suggest extra space storage as an option to store their belongings.

Had an amazing experience from the very second I walked in. Kevin, the store manager was extremely kind, helpful, and overall offered some of the best customer service I have came across. The overall facilities are clean, feel very secure, and in a great location. Would 100% recommend to others.
