Fast service, I had to buy a tire because my tire wasn’t a safe fix according to them. $80 bucks for a new tire (cards accepted) I wanted it to be fast and I got just that. Great service. ~Carlos

Avoid ordering online!! If you give them the chance, they will get your order wrong. On my most recent order they substituted corn for the sour cream I chose. My bowl was dry af and cold by the time it took to pick that sh*t out. This keeps happening. I should know better by now. ~Eric

Ebony, was amazing! I was so stressed about the storage of my classroom items and she put my mind to ease right from the beginning. Not only was she warm and friendly she was knowledgeable about the storage units and the best choice for me. I'm rather concerned with Raven's level of customer service as an assistant manager at this location.  Not only does she lack regard for those who fight for her freedom, but she also lacks respect for the consumer. I've encountered technical troubles for months and there was no level of consumer service provided, no follow up after reporting my issue, or empathy. Instead I received a grossly condescending tone and was blankly told "THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM" when explaining I simply needed to get auto payment fixed because I'm deploying and did not want this to be a concern as I would be remote. I have NEVER been late, I have NEVER raised an issue here. I continue to pay my extremely high $350 dollars a month storage bill without any gripe. Raven's level of service was providing me with two numbers quickly followed by a hang up. The first number she provided routed me back to the main office (she hung up twice after saying I'm not sure why that number routed you back to me). She lacks lacks self discipline as it was displayed by her persistencly talking over me and not trying to understand my concern. My problem was ultimately solved, but I STRONGLY recommend training and coaching at the management level at this location. The behavior displayed on today's call is not acceptable and it's not okay. Do better. ~Michael

I got a half sweet and half unsweet tea. Tasted like the spout has not been cleaned and months. Disgusting taste would have been worse if I didn't get half sweet. ~Kurtis

This was THEE most horrible 7 eleven I've been in a long time! The coffee was hot but no lids or sleeves fot the coffee, when I asked for them I was told sorry we don't have any.The poor selection of creamers, sugar, cinnamon and different condiments were NOT there either. I usually stop to get my Sunday morning pick me up at 6:30 am before going in to work and today just because I was rushing I stopped at this one. Well needless to say I will not be stopping here again! Oh and on my way out the cashier produced a coffee lid.... ~Sharon
