I'm rather concerned with Raven's level of customer service as an assistant manager at this location. Not only does she lack regard for those who fight for her freedom, but she also lacks respect for the consumer.
I've encountered technical troubles for months and there was no level of consumer service provided, no follow up after reporting my issue, or empathy. Instead I received a grossly condescending tone and was blankly told "THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM" when explaining I simply needed to get auto payment fixed because I'm deploying and did not want this to be a concern as I would be remote. I have NEVER been late, I have NEVER raised an issue here. I continue to pay my extremely high $350 dollars a month storage bill without any gripe. Raven's level of service was providing me with two numbers quickly followed by a hang up. The first number she provided routed me back to the main office (she hung up twice after saying I'm not sure why that number routed you back to me). She lacks lacks self discipline as it was displayed by her persistencly talking over me and not trying to understand my concern. My problem was ultimately solved, but I STRONGLY recommend training and coaching at the management level at this location. The behavior displayed on today's call is not acceptable and it's not okay.
