Admittedly after reading a few old reviews about this location I almost didn’t go but gave it a shot. Boy am I happy I did. Dre was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated his honesty that while my 5 year old glitching phone was insured and I could easily get it replaced, that I would continue having storage issues. There was no pressure and a fit an upgrade I couldn’t refuse. Check out this hidden, not crowded AT&T for all of your needs. Dre really saved my entire day! ~Genie

I waited 50 minutes for my order of 4 subs to be completely wrong. One of my hot subs, the chicken cheese steak didn’t even have meat on it. It only had mushrooms and onions. It was a complete soggy mess. A waste of money and time. This store is poorly managed and lacks any type of organization! I called to see if my order could be corrected, but I was meet with rude customer service that refused to fix my order that was incorrect. A totally waste of $40. Most definitely will not return to this establishment. To be honest, this ruined my Jersey Mike’s experience and I won’t be back. ~Tanisha

Meals prepared for door dash delivery are substandard and unacceptable. In essence, the restaurant receives payment for food not provided. I ordered a chicken wing dinner to include rice and peas and cabbage. What was delivered was dried chopped white meat, not a single wing. No cabbage was provided. Door Dash offered a 4.00 credit for 15.00 spent. On another occasion, I ordered an oxtail dinner. I received ONE oxtail and lots of gravy. Company made big profits. ~Peggy

I gave the cashier a $20 and seven $1 dollar Bill's for gas, told him my pump # and walked away. He put in the amount as $23, when I went back to the window and asked where my other $4 he immediately went on 10 and was n full argue mode. Imagine if he does this to 10 customers per day.
