The representative that helped us was completely understanding of our issues, however he couldn’t help us with having to pay the $315. The Reps at BJ’S lead me to believe that my new phone was totally free and as it turns out, I am still paying for the new phones. I can’t recommend anyone to switch to AT&T.

So unprofessional. We came in with an issue with our phones more than an hour before closing and we were told that the server was down but that we could hang out for a while to see if it would come back up. The two young men working went into the back and very loudly were talking about someone very disrespectfully and cussing and acting obnoxious. Their voices carried throughout the store and they made no attempt to be subtle or even just behave like respectable humans. They made no attempt to try the server again after we had waited a while. We decided that we no longer wanted to sit and listen to them carry on so we left and went to another store.I have never seen this type of behavior from people working in customer service and we will not be going back. We should have stuck with Verizon. At least their employees know how to act.

The purpose of my visit yesterday, 10/17, was to upgrade my phone. I had quite a few questions for Dre (ATT Associate) as I was upgrading from a iphone 12 to 14, and I am not well versed in the newest products. He apparently became annoyed with my questions & stated, “I’m just going to write this down because I don’t feel like repeating myself.” And then proceeded to write the information down, but did not give me the paper of which the information was written on. This was quite brash & rude. And a very inappropriate way to speak to me, or any other customer. And when I told Dre this, he argued with me in attempts to convince me he was not being rude. There is a major disconnect between management & the associates when the associates cannot decipher what is good and what is terrible customer service. I could not give my visit no less than 1 star, but it deserves zero!

@malik_ahmed90 @ATT On September 15th a payment was made at store location Y1XU thats in Capital Heights, MD. After further examination of the receipt the payment that was made in store was put onto the wrong account. I was told over the phone I needed to come into the store for resolution. I drove 40mins from my home to the store location to then be told resolution would come with in 4-5 business days. While in store Mohammad reprinted the receipt and we exchanged contact information. On the 6th business day, September 26th I contacted Mohammed who informed me he would be returning from vacation the next day and to give him a call. As instructed I called on September 27th at that time Mohammed informed me he had not started the process. The process as explained by Mohammad was to send an email to the billing or back office team to get the issue resolved. I contacted Mohammad again on September 30th on this phone call Mohammed asked me to send him a picture of the receipt that he had printed out in the store, he also informed me he had not contacted me because he had not had my phone number but was waiting for me to call back because he knew I would. After I sent him the receipt I was told that was being emailed to billing/back office department. Its now Oct 13th and I haven’t heard from Mohammad and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. I’ve worked retail most of my life. Ive worked in leadership in retail as well so I do understand the day to day life almost a month later with no resolution and no follow up from management is poor leadership skills. I left my telephone number and name with a gentleman over the phone today who provided me with your name @malik_ahmed90 please contact me or I will continue to escalate this.

I came in to have my son resume the responsibility for his numbers off my account and to do an update on my devices. We were the first customers. We did have to wait 45 minutes for the rep to reach someone when he was having a problem removing one of the numbers.

Admittedly after reading a few old reviews about this location I almost didn’t go but gave it a shot. Boy am I happy I did. Dre was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated his honesty that while my 5 year old glitching phone was insured and I could easily get it replaced, that I would continue having storage issues. There was no pressure and a fit an upgrade I couldn’t refuse. Check out this hidden, not crowded AT&T for all of your needs. Dre really saved my entire day!

Always a reason why they can’t take a payment this time was told another associates put a wrong code into the computer and it shut the system. I rather you just said We will be closing down in 15minutes and I already closed out the registers. Last time can’t wait until August so I can leave for good

Nick was awesome! He is very knowledgeable, patient and has excellent customer service! The store is CLEAN and everyone there is so good to work with. They helped me with my many issues and really make me feel like they care. Will definitely make this my "home" store.
