I am handicapped and called my order in on the phone and a waiter came out to the car for payment and delivery of my food. After repeating my order 3 times, I was quite disappointed to have my order incorrect I didn't even get one of my sandwiches at all. If I had lived closer, I would have taken my order back. Spending $70 and not being pleased was a slap. The branches in Florida get a high score from me. On Ritchie Rd in Upper Marlboro, a "0"!

Very rude workers! Stopped in for a quick lunch, and I was met with nothing but miserable, unpleasant workers. The music was basting I could barley hear my boyfriend who was standing right next to me. There was not a single smile in sight. We received many dirty looks from all of the staff. Nothing about my trip to this jersey mikes was pleasant.

Customer service was horrible. When I started to place my order I was told to tell the young man slicing meat what I wanted since I wanted a cold sub. Then the person who told me this processed to take cold sub orders and tell him those orders before I could place mines. Counter orders were being completed with online orders. Results my daughter's sandwich did not make it home with me and an online order did. My sandwich almost got replaced with an online order as well. When I saw the mix up the young lady said I was wrong. After I insisted I was not she "slammed" my sandwich back on the counter and unwrapped it to prove me wrong. She was wrong and never apologized. After this I was paying and lost sight of my last two sandwiches which is how I received a wrong sandwich anyway. Not happy at all. Very disorganized and messy behind the counter. After an already hectic day this experience just made it worst. If I ever do come back it will be a long long time.

Staff was pleasant. After receiving my sub and getting to my destination 5 minutes later, I opened the bag to find a sloppy, wet steak and cheese. I was starving, so I ate half but threw the rest away. And the sub bread was stale...Maybe the store needs better quality control.

The customer service at this location is horrible. I don’t know who own this location but you have to do better with teaching your staff about customer service skills. I’m tired of spending my where all you get is attitude from workers. I was in there on Sunday and one particular young lady that was cutting the meat had an attitude problem. It’s too many young people working in there with no real management on-site. When the store 1st opened, it was very good because they had REAL MANAGEMENT in there operating the store, good customer service and keeping the line flowing. I understand this location hires a lot of young people, but they need to teach them customer service skills and keep an ADULT on site at all times managing the store. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Came here with a coworker 06272022 around 6:00 pm. Don’t intend to come back anytime soon. Annoyed worker took our order of Italian sub and chicken steak sub. On a time schedule to pick up my daughter so because the store wasn’t crowded thought we’d be in and out. Didn’t happen. Ordered and paid and my coworker is given her heated sub instantly. Watching people who came in behind us getting their subs and leaving. My daughter calls and I ask where’s my sub and am told with an attitude it’s coming but then they ask what kind of bread again and what did I want on it?! Are you kidding me?!! If it wouldn’t probably be longer to cancel I would’ve canceled but the nonchalant attitudes of the staff made it worse. When my coworker got home she found they had given her steak 🥩 sub instead of chicken steak. Terrible experience despite not a bad sub I couldn’t finish because they made me lose my appetite

I came here on my lunch break and I won't be back. The customer service here is not on par with the other Jersey Mike's I have been to. When I walked in, a lady behind the register rudely looked at me, almost as if she didn't want me to be there. She was helping a customer for over 5 minutes, and never acknowledged me in any way. I initially thought they were short-staffed, and she was having a rough day, but then I saw about 5 people coming from the back, laughing and talking as if they had nothing to do. My sandwich was good, but the customer service was terrible. It some cases, it really is true that the neighborhood and environment determines the quality of service that you receive, if you know what I mean. The other Jersey Mike's that I've been to over the years in other neighborhoods were nothing like this.

I waited 50 minutes for my order of 4 subs to be completely wrong. One of my hot subs, the chicken cheese steak didn’t even have meat on it. It only had mushrooms and onions. It was a complete soggy mess. A waste of money and time. This store is poorly managed and lacks any type of organization! I called to see if my order could be corrected, but I was meet with rude customer service that refused to fix my order that was incorrect. A totally waste of $40. Most definitely will not return to this establishment. To be honest, this ruined my Jersey Mike’s experience and I won’t be back.

No STARS GIVEN if I could. Bad services and rude employees. I place an online/mobile order and it was never received. Its been 3 hours and still no delivery and I asked for them to remake my order. They tried to tell my wife it was remade as she watch them inside the store while I was on the phone with her and them explaining the situation. They tried to convince her that it was remade and EVEN another EMPLOYEE confirmed, IT WAS NOT REMADE. I asked for my $$$ back and was hung up on TWICE. Called back and asked to contact support. Which I did and explained how terrible the service was. BOYCOTTING this location.

Ordered the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese steak hot sub. The sandwich was delicious, made with fresh ingredients. The service was good. There was a little bit of a line but the staff managed the queue quickly.
