I got a half sweet and half unsweet tea. Tasted like the spout has not been cleaned and months. Disgusting taste would have been worse if I didn't get half sweet.

No stars from me. This is the worst McDonald's. They r the slowest in the world even if ur the only car. They don't hv waiting cars pull 2 the side, they let u hold up the line. Would NOT recommend anybody go there. They r trash

This use to be my favorite McDonald’s but now I can no longer go there..idk if it’s under new management or they have new staff but the staff they have now is Very rude!! The store says 24hrs but when you go around 2/3am they say that they’re closed even the hrs have changed. The way they speak to customers is unacceptable. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

The service is bad Addison rd Off Walker Mill Rd. The Spanish people lazy .i live in the neighborhood they nasty think they better than me a black woman who use to be assisting manager at a McDonald's . Today I waited 10 minutes for fries tried ordering a sandwich since I had to wait , couldn't get no service everybody in drive thru. No napkins if you don't check or ask for napkins you get none.i hate these people there .It's a lie Spanish people don't work harder than me.

I just left this McDonald’s…. They need to do better. They just had a 50 something year old lady shovel outside…. While a young man was just looking at her through the window… then he had the audacity to tell me to move out the drive thru when there was two cars stuck in front of us because of the snow. !!!!

Been waiting at the driver through now for over 6 minutes. The second drive through has a trash can right up at the speaker, so you can't see it until you're already committed to the lane. No idea why they're not talking orders. But now I'm blocked in front and back. Now I'm at the window and no body is here. Is this place open? I see people inside and it's after 6 am... Yeah, not coming back to this one.
